PLEASE AVOID unless desperate.
Mix feelings: This is my first review in Google for an hotel ever after residing at least 10 diferente hotels per year in the last 10 years.
The bad:
1.-Cold : Lisa told me that āIf you feel cold being at 25 C, theres nothing i can do for you and we are feeling hot in my placeā. So we slept 2 nights with my jackets on. My room was not at 25C ā¦ If it was at 25C i would not feel cold, is that simple. The funny thing is (an this is the reason of this very first review) is that in the last day morning few hours before our check outā¦the room was actually hot.
So they can make it warmā¦but just did not do it in the 2 nights we stayed thereā¦
The reason/excuses were: āwe have turn it up, but since it is floor heating, is slowly heating and we push it up to 25 C and in my place ir super hotā
2 full days, NEVER EVER opened a windowā¦and was coldā¦the floor was cold, the walls were coldā¦ I thought that they had the heating broken, or that the structural construction of the building have different temperature for different placesā¦but boom, last few hours of my stayā¦room was HOTā¦
They replied that āi have give you an free update with sauna, and you are not gratefulā: We did not use if, because the room was cold and but I did try to use it with door open to try to warm the roomā¦and obviously it did not work.
The good:
1.- The place is nice and there were plenty of cookies, teas, juice and this is actually a nice touch. There were fresh eggs in the fridge.
So what it could have been a nice stayā¦ended in a cold stay.
1.-Asked for extra for both of us, but only been offered a āsofa blancketā for both of us.
2.-Asked for increase the heatingā¦and nothing happens until the check in oursā¦i really feel they were kidding with us.
So, i would NOT recommend this place unless you want to pay 150 euros night to be cold or being toyed by the ownersā¦
I have been in other bad hotels, with problems, broken heating, etc etc, but this is my very very first review ever, because of the bad actitud and the ādo you feel cold...
