A CASA Saphir — Hotel in Sölden

I liked the place but the maids smoke in the basement and the rooms stink of cigarettes smoke all the time. There’s also like a meeting on Sundays of muslim people (inside de hotel)that were somehow aggressively talking to us when we complained about the amount of smoke from their cigarettes and made us feel not safe! For this reason I would stay away from this place. The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean. But the cigarette smell was all day and night extremely annoying! For these money I would not...

Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr gut. Man hat alles zum Kochen und Abwaschen. Küchenpapier sollte man sich dennoch aus dem nahegelegenem Discounter holen. Das Apartment sah sehr ordentlich und sauber aus. Die Betten waren gemütlich, was die Nächte sehr erholsam gemacht hat. WC und Dusche sind etwas zu klein für den Preis, aber ausreichend und sauber. Pool ist wirklich klein, Sauna habe ich mir nicht angeschaut. Im Apartment sind viele Infoblätter mit Infos zur Hausordnung, Anzahl der Küchenutensilien und Müll-Platz. Parkplätze gibt es sowohl draußen als auch in der Tiefgarage, was mir persönlich besser gefiel, da mein Auto vor Wetter geschützt war. Durch die Tiefgarage hat man direkten Zugriff zum Aufzug, was das Ent- und Beladen erleichtert. Die Rezeption ist ca. 2km weiter weg, aber mit dem Bus/Auto schnell erreichbar. Man hat also keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, da man etwas Abseits von Sölden ist. Hilfreich wäre ein Telefon, womit man direkt die Rezeption erreichen könnte. Internetanschluss ist ja schonmal vorhanden, sprich, man könnte sowas einrichten. Die Rezeption sollte außerdem den Gästen schon beim Empfang auf die Hausordnung hinweisen.
