Motel by Maier Feldkirch - Self-Check-in — Hotel in Stadt Feldkirch

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel/motel in Austria was very disappointing. I booked 2 rooms on BOOKING.com with a group of friends. Upon arrival, we were only given 1 room and had to wait over 2 hours to get the second one.

To make things worse, the second room was in a terrible condition — there was trash on the floor, broken glass bottles, rotten food, and leftovers all around. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned at all before handing it over to us. Completely unacceptable for any type of accommodation.

We expected basic cleanliness and professionalism, and this experience fell far below that. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort, safety, or decent service.

The check-in and check-out didn't work. We spent an hour trying to reach someone over the phone because there is no one working there in person. The self check-in told us that there was no reservation under my reservation number and name. Then at check-out the same story so we just left. Additionally and worst of all was the dirtiness of the room! The coffee and hot water machine were disgusting. There was still some water that hasn't apparently been touched for years probably. The water had whitish and brownish substances floating around. The coffee mugs were sticky and full of weird marks. The milk and other things were already open. The only thing clean (we hope at least) were...

Horrible experience! Guys dont bother to book this hotel. Disaster! From the first check in (self check in) there is only 1 machine, and it keeps on saying our booking is not there. We booked 2 rooms on booking.com and only manage to get access to 1room. The other room we had trouble checking in. Contacted the hotline but no one is answering (9pm) and then we contacted booking.com and only almost 2hrs later we managed to get in to the second room only to find out that the room is filthy dirty! No clean towels, trash alcohol wastage is everywhere.

I want a full refund....
