The room is very functional, extremely clean, cosy and warm, the bathroom is also very clean. There are complementary drinks (even a small bottle of Jägermeister) and toiletries. Room had info on events, activities, and working hours of towns businessess (including the launch times for all the restaurants). Staff is very warm and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb (Austrian food is usually not up to my tastes, but everything here was very tasty - especially the exquisite homemade fruit preserves!!!). 10 stars! Absolutelly awesome! We booked a room, but get an upgrade to family apartment with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and stunning view over the lake. Everything clean, nice and in perfect condition. Extra friendly staff. Breakfast included with variety of cornflakes and muessli, salami, cheese, tomatos, jams, honey, coffee, tea, eggs, fresh bread, ... In winter you can iceskate and cross-country ski for free with Weissensee guest bracelet. I recommend also free night sledging from Naggler Alm (1h walk from to the top) - during the day it costs 10 eur lift and 8...

Everything is nice! Rooms are small but very cozy, bathroom have everything you need (as in 4* hotel). Separate heaters in bathroom and in the room itself. Minus: we realized that if you close the window/balkony it will be very stiffling indoors. In winter this fact is very dissappointing.
