From the very moment we arrived at Wyndham Garden Baku, we were made to feel completely at home. On our first day, we were provided with interconnected rooms, which was such a thoughtful touch for our family. The staff members, especially Ayesha, welcomed us warmly and took the time to give us all the information we needed, setting the tone for a comfortable stay.

That night, we had a restful sleep, and the next morning we headed to breakfast. While the variety on the first day was not exactly what we expected, the incredible staff turned it into a wonderful experience. They went out of their way to provide what we requested, and by the very next day, they had everything prepared and ready for us with genuine care. This personalized attention truly stood out and made all the difference.

When it was time for our first checkout, the entire team was once again amazing — courteous, professional, and extremely efficient. Later, when we returned for another night, it felt like coming back home. Amar and Ayesha at the front desk once again exceeded expectations with his delightful service and positive energy.

A special mention must go to Muraz Vugar from the kitchen breakfast team. He is simply outstanding. Not only did he ensure our breakfast experience was exceptional, but he also went out of his way to help every single guest, not just us. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to making sure guests are satisfied are truly remarkable. I strongly believe he deserves recognition and an upgrade in his role — he is a star employee who reflects the best of Wyndham Garden’s values.

Other staff members like Sajjid and Ayesha, along with Amar, were just spectacular. Their attentiveness, warmth, and genuine hospitality made our stay truly memorable. Kamran the chef was also amazing and made amazing eggs at the egg counter.

WOW! This hotel is a masterclass of an experience, as of a tourist which lives in Dubai has had a warm and welcoming experience into this hotel, as of the beginning Aisha a very sweet and polite and very kind and welcoming to all people into this hotel, she took her time to give us information about the hotel and all of our needs. Secondly Amar in the reception desk and Aisha are one of the best hotel staff I have seen compared to Dubai aswell. Amar is a very welcoming and really kind and nice person and a lovely person to chat to, we spent 20 minutes talking and compared to other hotel staffs these guys know English really well. As of the hotel breakfast Muraz Vugar is a really helpful and really and all of our needs such as hasbrowns we had specially requested had been provided and not only to us, but to the other hotel room members, Overall this hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed at compared to Dubai as when I have been to London and Scotland, Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan and etc… I have also been to hotels in Dubai and been to top class hotels this hotel comes in the top of my rankings. This hotel is really well maintained and I have been to Gabala and the hotel there was a very not pleasant experience compared to this hotel, Also Sajid a very helpful Reciption desk worker who helped us last night as where a taxi driver took us to the wrong location and was charging double and we asked him to help us understand what he was saying as he didn’t know English and he told us do not pay him as it wasn’t our fault as where we showed him the right one and he changed it on some note. We are from Pakistan but resident of Dubai this hotel is the best hotels for family close to all main tourist attractions, if I could I would give this hotel 10 stars instead of five. I recently stayed at Wyndham Garden Baku for a 2-night business trip, and I must say, the experience was exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth. The hotel kindly upgraded my room category and surprised me with a thoughtful gift of fresh fruits, wine, and delicious desserts — a truly generous gesture that set the tone for the rest of my stay.

The hotel itself is charming, with clean, comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast spread each morning. I was also impressed by the spacious and elegant conference hall, which was perfect for our meetings.

However, what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. From the management team to every employee I encountered, the level of hospitality was remarkable. I would especially like to highlight a young gentleman named Muraz, who is the embodiment of true hospitality. Always smiling, incredibly polite, and proactive in every situation, Muraz made my stay exceptionally pleasant. Over the course of three days, I saw him working in room service, assisting at the conference, and helping during breakfast — he was everywhere, always ready to help. His dedication, energy, and positive attitude are truly inspiring, and I sincerely hope he achieves great success in his career.
