Pompey Rock Villas — Hotel in Cat Island

We stayed right next door to Pompey Rock Villas at Sammy T’s but were encouraged by everybody to eat at Pompey Rock with their chef, Andrew. We stopped by earlier in the day to let him know we’d be by and he told us what he had available for food that evening. When we arrived at our designated time he had the table set, bread out, and brought his homemade meal to our table within a matter of minutes. We didn't stay at the resort but we stopped and used their beach facilities. Wonderfully calm water and friendly proprietor (and almost no one on the beach).
