Love the location!! Our villa was right on the water with a beautiful view! It was also very spacious for our group of six people. Only cons were the customer service folks were a little unfriendly and it would have been nice to have a little more explanation about the island at check-in as we are first-timers. Also, the rooms are pretty dated and could use a refresh. The cleaning ladies were so nice though and did a great job!! The restaurant served great food, just be prepared to wait awhile for it. Overall, we had a great experience at the club and we absolutely love Green Turtle Cay!

It's our 43rd wedding anniversary and we came here just for lunch. The Treasure Cay ferry dropped us right here - so very convenient. The staff at the restaurant were prompt and very nice. I got the Tuna Poke Bowl and my husband got a blackened Grouper sandwich. Sadly they were out of lobster and their machine for lattes and cappuccinos wasn't working. Both meals were excellent! We had Key Lime Pie and coconut ice cream with coffee - also excellent. As a special touch, the pie came with "Happy Anniversary " written in caramel on the plate! Nice!

We had our wedding here on April 15, 2023. Claudia and Sarah Ann helped organize and execute the wedding of our dreams! The guests raved about the food, beach ceremony, and outdoor reception. We communicated with Claudia and Sarah Ann from the states this past year to put together this formal wedding and it exceeded our expectations. Our family and friends now love GTC as much as we do. For anyone looking for the wedding weekend of a lifetime-Green Turtle Club Resort is it, hands down. We love you guys so much! See you next year for round 2!

going to keep it simple so ranting is kept to minimum. background. been coming to island as a tourist for 20+ years. Green turtle club has had its ups and downs over those years. Current state as of early 2023 (non busy time of the year) is as follows. Meals - Very over priced / service is bare min. Rooms good appearance - Beds are decent - good water pressure for the island. Now the Longer description: Starting with the food. wed. is steak night - at current time price is 38/40$ for 6/8oz steak comes with side and vegs. we have a party of 10 with reservations and are the first ones there at 6 and order food to preference as requested-(mine medium-a little pink with salad and ranch and potato). food comes out all the same time. + now not all of everyone order steaks my end of the table did. there was consistency with any of it. everything was mixed up. some had the right temp some had wrong dressings sides were all right. steak i order and 3 others were under cooked( mine seared and no cooking in middle 8oz). sent them back they come out half and half some fairly cooked others well done others still rare(mine) sent back again and it came out well done as well. fine this is first experiance of the year. Second visit for lunch. 2 of us ordered crack conch which is second best on the island and the club burger medium. service decent. everything came out as order i was disappointed to find i ended up with a patty that was like 1/3lb and fraction of the size of the bun. (later found out they had served me the jr version while charging for the normal one). visit 3. steak night again. this time there were 3 of use and to cut it short service was downright terrible. was not a busy night for them and had to almost basically serve our own drinks. and track waiters down for ticket. in my years of visiting the service here is bare min. they do not work for tips its 100% included in all food served which has been 15% for many years. 4th visit breakfast- there were two of us service this time in morning was actually decent. order French toast for both of us 17$ without taxes or gratuity. it comes with 4 halves and choice of side(bacon 2 slices and sausage 1). served with cold syrup and butter with choice of jelly. food was honestly good. price was over the top for 4 slices of bread and 2 bacon slices and sausage it came to 42.50. anyways on to rooms. stayed one night rooms are nice floors are sticky not sure from what. beds were nice not too firm or soft. had to tighten bolts on headboard it was about to fall off. water pressure is very nice for the island. main beef here is the controls for the A/C. they have ditigal controller. seems to have had better days as there are lines through it and it would never keep fan running if you set it to manual and set fan to low for the night sleep. it would kick on and off only when unit came on for cooling and then it was on high. low /med /high for fan setting would not work. for a light sleeper Loud noise to dead quiet is not a comfortable night sleep. some of the doors need real door hinge pins as not the be very loud when closing in middle of the night when ac is off it wakes others in the room. (nails are used as hinge pins when i was there which looks neat but functionality is terrible). only other thing i can say about the room would be a nice thing if they had a low night light for middle of the night jaunts to the bathroom.(less wakeful for...

If you're looking for the perfect getaway, stay away from the Green Turtle Club Resort & Marina because it’s MINE! ALL MINE!. I’m not often a gatekeeper but when I am it’s to gatekeep THIS PLACE. ||||||This is a family run establishment ( my literal favorite ) and you feel it when you show up. If you’re fortunate enough to meet the woman running it while you’re there like I was, you’ll understand why some people have been docked for almost 5 months LOL. ||From the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. While each person there is happy to help you with literally anything you may ask for...... Specifically Aurora, Tracy, and Misty have got your back for anything you might need. These gals took care of me like I was their very own valentine and I’d go back just to see them again. Quite literally - we were there for valentines day! ||||I was guided all the way from the plane to my room. The care from each individual - Omri on taxi, to the ferry, to being met at the dock and helped to the front desk was wonderful. There’s an obvious joy in sharing small notes like which drink or snack to get at where you’re going or the best activity on a certain day. ||||Our room was regularly refreshed in a completely non-intrusive way. I never questioned leaving my things out or leaving the door unlocked while out on the island ! ||||The food is PHENOMENAL. You’ll leave the island fat and happy even if you don’t make it off resort grounds. I’ve never liked seared fish but after tasting my friends I ordered their black and white Tuna 3 times! I’ve been daydreaming about it ever since. ( moment of silence for the fact that I live halfway around the world from this delectable bit )||||However if you DO so happen to make it off resort grounds -- the local food is also absolutely BANGIN. My personal favorites (shout out to Two Shortys!) and what might be the most adorable bakery i’ve ever seen in my entire life (Nicks). PS. you can get lattes at Nicks! ||||The entire property is beach front, but hey if a 30 second stroll to some of the top tier waters on the planet or bars with the character of a 400 year old traveler isn’t really “your thing” you can always just hop in a golf cart and stop at any one of the other spots on the island for some good ol booty shakin and pickup games of basketball or pool. ||||Okay and look I know I said you’d leave fat and happy but that’s only if you leave or don’t take advantage of the abundance in activities they have....cough cough scuba diving...feeding sharks...yoga...paddleboarding, you name it! ||Anyways I’d prefer if you left my slice of heaven to me, but on the chance that you don’t ....just be sure to pick up some coconut oil and bug spray in the shop when...

We stayed in room 7 during the Devour At The Beach Food Film Fest. I highly recommend the festival for wonderful food, cooking classes, terrific wines, dancing, and fun! The room overlooks a small beach and marina. It's quite spacious and comfortable with two armchairs for relaxing in, a good coffee maker with Green Mountain pods, two sinks, a tub, and a shower. We had a minor issue with the shower controls which was very quickly fixed. I'm not sure if its the tub itself or the cleaners used, but the tub is extremely slippery. The mattress was very nice, but the bed was a little high off the floor, again a minor thing for me, but it could be a problem for someone with mobility issues. The wooden furniture was showing its age and should be replaced. The outside deck is a very nice place for relaxing. Don't leave your doors and windows open. We found out the hard way that the noseeums are vicious. Wear bug spray. We are covered in red, itchy bites.||The food menus are excellent, and the staff in the kitchen, the wait staff, and housekeeping are exceptional. Try a Tipsy Turtle in the Dollar Bill Bar.||Green Turtle Cay is small and easy to get around. There are many excellent excursions available from the dive shop. We took the family adventure tour where Brendal and his crew took us to a long, deserted, sandy beach where the rays came out to greet us. We were treated to a delicious meal prepared fresh on the beach for us. In the little town of New Plymouth we enjoyed a tour given by Amanda Diedrick littlehousebytheferry.com. Have a Goombay Smash at Miss Emily's Blue Bee Bar. Drinks and quick food at the Wrecking Tree also recommended.||All in all, a great spot to relax and do nothing. Boaters...
