I post a lot of comments where I go to help people and share them my experience..
My rating will based my experience of staying here for three days with my family
In general: location: I like the location in the middle of everywhere, you want malls,m? Guess what, next to you three main malls in Bahrain! And easy and somehow near the dragon city and amwaj. (You should go there) parking: always available and somehow secured the swimming pool: clean and my kids love it!
Today (during writing this section) is my 1st Day: reception: they welcomed me professionally and my check in process was so so fast. room service: they respond to your call quickly but might take so long to bring you what you want! Really too long! breakfast: that’s why the stars low here. Not because the choices and how much delicious, actually that’s can be 4 stars, but the staff! Omg! They are totally need training on how to welcome and entertain the guests even they sent say good mining as rest of the hotels in the world! The one on the eggs section, not around, the guy who takes the order as I’m asking him more than his job, the lady on the hotel resultant reception- the one asks about the room numbers and something - she has unhappy face! I don’t know why, my kids felt that too
This is for the day one
Day 2: the swimming pool: Bcz they have a party at night they didn’t allow the kids to swim in the morning!!! What’s a policy! The party will start at 8, the guests not even informed, and also the reception that’s really funny. We called the reception before go to swim and she confirmed that the pool is ok to use. When we went down, they told us about the party at night and it’s closed since morning! The breakfast: the staff are ready and fully this time, the smile over all of the staff, amazingly they really read the comments, the food this time more options, maybe bcz it’s Friday. room services : we asked for ironing device, they provide it after almost an hour! Again they are still late but they respond based on their pace time.
This for all today, let’s see tomorrow!
Day 3 and last: room service: they are professional, and so helpful and they offer help even before you ask. the checkout process was so fast the lady in the reception, she didn’t serve me, was not smiling! I think this hotel need to think again about the customer services programs for his staff.
Something else here.. the comments in google map, I found 6 commenters only has on review and they give the hotel 5 stars! And those reviewers has a reply from the hotel management. That’s really suspicious!
Why three stars: ok let me be honest for the service and the payment, hmmm not that much. The facilities: pool also for me not that much - closing for a party at night! - the gym no instructor or even someone to ask in floor 15. The breakfast staff need more training for service and customer services. I hope the management will...
Read moreStayed here from.the 26th May until the 29th May for a short break with my partner. We arrived on an early flight and we already knew check in wasn't until 2pm but they managed to do us an early check in which was very kind of the reception staff cannot fault their customer service the 2 female staff behind reception were lovely so friendly the male reception staff also fantastic the reception area is well decorated and very clean with some beautiful furniture pieces the fish tanks in the wall are stunning. We had room 107 which was only 1 floor up in the lift, very large clean rooms with everything you need beds huge and comfortable cannot hear any outside noise, air con works very well. You have tea, coffee and water in the room. Pool area is really clean, plenty of seating, could do with a few more sunbeds. The pool lifeguard is a great man very friendly always came over to speak to us, i left an item of clothing by the pool and he kept it to one side for me and came looking for me to give it me back which i thought was lovely and an amazing memory to remember who it belonged to. You can grab drinks and snacks from La Brasserie restaurant and they will bring it to the pool. The beach could do with some more sunbeds for guests, too many want to use it and there was only a few sunbeds the other half of beach belongs to a beach club and you have to pay. You also cannot take drinks on to the beach but you also cannot buy from the bar we had to be taken to bar by beach security the rules are strange maybe they need changing slightly as the beach is lovely but its confusing for hotel guests maybe put a sign up for hotel guests, the vibe is good here music is great we arrived the same day kube wave event was on and it was a god vibe allday. We ate at La Brasserie restaurant every night as the food is amazing and the portions are very big. Highly recommend the food and the staff are fantastic with great hospitality especially the one young man he was amazing always had a chat with us about football etc. The cheese springs rolls are amazing also the kebabs they are huge. The food prices are good for a hotel very similar cost to what we pay in the uk for a meal out, we also had breakfast here small choice but it was enough for us. We also had drinks in shift 7 the barmans really friendly, the bar is very clean, some amazing interiror the view overlooking the sea is great. If you require a shop you either need to jump in an uber to Lulus supermarket which is about 5 minutes in car or if you walk out of reception doors turn right head up the dual carriagways there is a small supermarket in walking distance. Hotel is a great location from the airport only a short drive away. Malls are quite local to if you jump in a uber. Had an amazing time here hated leaving to go home if we visit again we will definatley use this hotel. The hospitality is faultless thankyou for an...

This is hands down one of the most horrible, unwelcoming, and misleading hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
Let me start with the biggest issue: the hotel does NOT have a private beach. This is completely misrepresented on their website and booking platforms. The beach is actually owned by a separate restaurant, and hotel guests can only access it at specific times on certain days—and even then, you’re heavily monitored. You’re not even allowed to bring a bottle of water with you. Nowhere was this mentioned before I booked, and it was a huge disappointment.
This is NOT a family-friendly hotel, despite being advertised as one on Expedia. If you’re planning a stay with kids or looking for relaxing family time, this is not the place. The atmosphere is more suited for singles or groups of friends. There’s loud music, partying, and people drinking all day. If that’s what you’re looking for, great—their music and party vibes are actually decent on event nights—but don’t expect anything remotely family-oriented. There are zero family-friendly activities and absolutely no effort to make families feel welcome.
Check-in was okay—Gerard was the only standout, truly helpful and professional, even when I was clearly frustrated. A few of the pool lifeguards were kind as well. Unfortunately, the same can’t be said about the security staff, especially those hired by the restaurant. They were rude, disrespectful, and treated guests like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. I honestly felt like I was doing them a favour by staying there.
What’s even more surprising is that I haven’t seen more reviews like this—because during my stay, I witnessed several other guests complaining about the same issues: limited pool access, restricted beach entry, and a general lack of transparency.
I do not recommend this hotel, and I will never return. If I could give it zero stars, I would. There are far better hotels in Bahrain that offer a fun, lively atmosphere without sacrificing hospitality or family comfort. Don’t waste your time...
