I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful residential hotel name “Hotel Valentino” that left a lasting impression. The residential arrangement provided by the hotel was nothing short of excellent. The property or Expedia NEVER mentioned ANYWHERE when you book that if you’re not a legally married you can’t stay at this property. I traveled 6 hours on a bus for them to verbally tell me I can’t stay her with my fiancé. Then I begged them for several hours for to let us stay. Finally I asked them for hours if I book 2 different rooms and we stay separately if we could stay there. For the first hour they said no then they finally agree for us to stay separately. The rooms are absolutely dirty and trash. They were playing music on the same floor for the entire night where we couldn’t sleep. Everything about this hotel is beyond one star. This is so far the best hotel in Noakhali. The decorations are wonderful though rooms are congested. The staff are friendly, however some of them have the tendency to show how efficient they are, specially in the sky restaurant. This rooftop restaurant is perhaps their best shot and truly we felt better having our dinner in the sky view restaurant. Their hospitality is okay but needs to improve more.
