Jibon bima office — Hotel in Chattogram Division

Convenient Location; All good hotel environment with OK Satisfying level Service with well manners staffs, Only problems recently I observed that, rooms are require more lights, very low lighting inside rooms, low maintenance room's overall clean and freshness with low grade laundry service for room bed sheets and towel cleanliness, since last five years or more I used to be stay at this hotel but currently I perso observed that the management overall quality is decreasing whereas I think this hotel always try to maintain a corporate standard and grade, but currently my personal opinions the hotel's management should more concern about maintaining the standards which currently I felt declining day by days on my view, and more importantly the hotel building is very old building so hotel management need to be more and more concern about hotel cleanliness and overall room hotels freshness. As I felt some rooms are smell dam or old type of smell, which this time I felt much, so I would request hotel management to be more concern about the hotel's inside rooms cleanliness and refreshing grade.

Overall, everything is very much satisfying level for corporate level to family type good envirnment for stay in this hotel with good service...

Don't let the stars fool you! I have my reasons for the stars. But before that I should explain as of why I like it.

First of all, it is a bit expensive than hotels that are in the railway station road. But the rooms are clean, they have your daily amenities like tooth brush, soap, shampoo and towels! They also have hot water which is very useful. When it comes to a standard level of hotel service, they got it which is hard to come by in this country.

Now the bad part is that, it's not in the city center, so not a lot of place to eat or shop nearby. The building itself is pretty old and the view, well there is none. The elevator is out of service and the pathway to the hotel can give you doubts.

But! As I've said, once you are inside, it's pretty good and so is the service.

So I really thought of giving this place 4 stars, but the issues that I've encountered which I can deal with might not be the same for others. I like traveling and trekking, so for me it's a different...

Stayed here for 2 days (company has arranged this hotel for us), first disappointment was entrance hall, if i can call it like this, it looked more like some ruin, second, they didn't have any single room left, so i had to sleep with my colleague, on so called bed, which is more like wooden box with linen which was taped to this 'bed', and the 3rd disappointment was food. Breakfast was served at 7am, omelet was full of chilies, so we all had stomach problems for the next few days. Only good thing was staff, helpful and polite. Oh yes, first thing i saw in the room was small lizard on the wall, no kidding😃. So guys, pls, take care of this what you have, clean it little bit, change some furniture, it's not so expensive, and you will get some better reviews. I was polite enough to give you 3*, but honestly, this hotel doesn't deserve...
