The Hotel has a nice sea view. The beach which is just opposite to the hotel is not crowded. But other than that, the Hotel Service is very poor. The hotel wifi is not usable at all. Rooms are not clean. Bedsheets are not clean at all. Room service is very poor. There is no proper landline to communicate with reception, housekeeping, or room service. Restaurant only prepares breakfast for a very limited time. Food runs out even before the allocated time for breakfast. Housekeeping or reception is very lazy at facilitating requests of guests. You will need to call them multiple times to get something. Electrical outlets in the room are not functioning. Room furniture conditions are very poor. Light switches are not working. The hotel is basically good for meeting/ seminars. Room conditions are in average conditions. Few can be found with low quality but all rooms are designed for sea view from balcony. Food taste of the restaurant is not up to the mark. But can be acceptable for low level budgets. The place has the mobile network though in remote area considering the distance from Cox's Bazar town.
