This resort is situated within 15 km from Tongi bridge. So far we came to know, it belongs to Mr. Litu Sikder, brother of Siraz Sikder & Shamim Sikder. They may have some connections with late Zainul Hoque Sikder too.
Due to construction work and other issues, it takes around one & half hours to reach there. It's a mid sized resort and promoters invested a lot of money to give it a look of luxury. Cottage design, interior and other fittings are quite good but lack of maintenance and unprofessional management, the efforts to showcase the resort as an exceptionally beautiful place went in vain.
We stayed there for one night at the cost of Tk 5,000 per person. Although the cost included lunch, evening snacks, dinner & breakfast, the menu, quality of food, presentation and the service were below average. I will give 5/10.
Swimming pool, lake and boating were average (5/10).
Their pricing was too high compared to their service, but a very unpleasant incident took place at around 9-30 pm. Two persons came to our cottage demanding full payment right at that moment. We were not prepared for this unwanted situation and we panicked as female family members and children were with us. They acted very irrationally and even argued like ruffians when we wanted to talk things out. Since we were far from city, we felt insecured and threatened. We already had paid 40% initilally and rest was to be paid at the time of check out. Still, they took us to the owner and then we had to use a few references of some very influencial persons who are our relatives and acquaintances. Only after we exercised out little bit of power, they agreed to take the rest of the amount at checkout time.
Next morning, surprisingly their attitude improved, not only they served us fresh fruit juice and breakfast, they also gave us local spices and fruits from their garden. We relented but left with some bad memories.
I would suggest all to discuss everything before visiting this resort and keep their written agreement as proof.
They need to improve their food quality and service. A few staff have positive attitudes and they tried to make us happy. Unfortunately, there was one senior person who had serious communication problems and zero customer service manners and etiquette.
One also needs to consider high traffic congestion at Mirer Bazar and narrow entrance to the resort before deciding to visit this resort.

Read moreOne of the best resort I have visited till now. in Gazipur, Bangladesh 🇧🇩. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the pond/canal, and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross a little iron bridge and there is a direct path leading to the resort. It felt like a private cottage, very clean and clear water, a very good place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. On the other hand they have a wonderful swimming 🏊♀️ pool. That pool is very clean 🧼. The view of the sunset from that point was mesmerizing. I must say the location of the resort is at best place of Gazipur from Dhaka. Pubail Resort Club has the place to pray. When i wanted to warm-up my body they take to me their gym center. We saw there thousand of coconut 🌴 of trees in the resort. While I want coconut 🥥 to the Manager of the resort he and he managed but a coconut price was 100 BDT Taka thought it was okay for us because there wasn’t other option. Our stay at the hotel was just for one day. We left from the resort at 07:00 pm but we couldn’t find any transportation there. Later we requested to a stuff to left to drop us CNG station 🚉 finally manager accepted the request. Actually the manager made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable. He accompanied us to the resort and we had a great time together. All respect for him who does a great job here. Excellent...
Read moreAll we wanted is a care free day with fun. But you get the word maintenance repeatedly. The rooms are spacious, but need maintenance, bathroom needs severe fixing. There is mold in the roof of the bathroom. The shower enclosure is broken. But they did gave a care pack with toothpaste, toothbrush, lotion these amenities.
Service is awful. Food was prepared long time back, morning breakfast was late around 10:30, though we reached there from Farmgate, Dhaka before 9:30. Didn't open the front gate first the guard was telling he doesn't know, and it is for security reasons. We have booked it 2 days back. Clearly lack of administrative and management failure of sharing information. Lunch was good for 4 of us it was enough set menu. And around 6, while checking out we asked for evening snacks, we got a reply, it is not ready yet it will take 40 more minutes, so we left as it was getting late and we are going to use public transport, with kids and baggages.
Location was very convenient, it is close to Dhaka, but he road is very choppy, no complain about Bangladeshi road.
Center building where the dining is have 2nd floor but not allowed for guests.
Overall, do not have high expectations, though the price is very steep it was 9500 for a day long package of 2 adults, and 2 kids. We enjoyed the pool a lot that was the only...
