Hotel City Plaza International — Hotel in Jashore

I recently visited the restaurant at Hotel City Plaza International in Jessore with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was less than satisfactory.

Firstly, the ambience left much to be desired. The decor felt quite dated and the overall atmosphere was dark and somewhat uninviting. This might have contributed to the fact that we were the only customers there during our visit, which made the place feel eerily empty.

The food quality was average. While the taste was decent, it was nothing to write home about. The portion sizes were adequate, but considering the price, we expected a bit more in terms of both quality and presentation.

One of the major letdowns was the service. The waiters were noticeably unprofessional and seemed to lack basic training in customer service. They were inattentive and didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the dining experience even more frustrating.

In terms of pricing, we found it to be on the higher side for Jessore. Given the overall experience, it did not seem justified.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant unless there are significant improvements in both the ambience and service. There are likely better options in Jessore that offer a more pleasant dining experience for the same or even...

Rooms: Not bad. If its not good for you,than you don't have other option entire the city...Water from basin and shower was dirty. Hotel will offer you hot & cold water. But no hot water in the bath room.|Frontdesk: Small. FD Staff know very much better than you in every subject. They are much more sweet & over smart than expected.someone from them was drinking tea inside the desk when I approach to them with a problem.dam care||Wifi: Horrible.Slow the tortoise. IT Manager Mr. Zahangir is totally arrogant,rude,harsh person. Just intolerable. Lair.||Very few option for breakfast. waiters were busy for having their own food from buffet at the restaurant instead of serving guest.||Only one thing I very much happy on housekeeping & GM who is really a great man.Only one real professional. ||During C/O I gave for housekeeping a small amout of tips at frontdesk. But I am sure they will not give it to housekeeping. |Will you visit?? I don't know. Because as I knew so far,that was the best..if that is the best so I don't know what for...

This is an affordable hotel in the heart of Jessore City. Its the first hotel which has introduced BB (Bed & Breakfast). Having my own home with a kilometer this time I decided to experience their name & fame. It has got 5 Star standard hallway/corridor but only major issue is its access which is very narrow that could have been on the North side instead of south (its irreversible now anyways).||||I have no regret in checking in and staying 4 days in last week of December 2019. ||||With a nice Roof Top Garden, Children play area, coffee shop (its open for all to brethe in some oxygen in a clogged city (which is common in Bangladesh). Food quality needs improvement. On first floor there is Cozy Coffee-Shop too which is located in the commercial complex and managed by AZAD who has his own backing house. Good Food but mostly jam packed....||||There are too many areas to improve to compete with its competitors.
