Hotel Star International — Hotel in Rajshahi Division

This hotel has the best customer service of any hotel I've had the pleasure of visiting in Rajshahi. From the time I'm greeted at the front door until the time I check out, the people here exceed my expectations. I'm not going to name everyone that went above and beyond while I was here because I'd feel bad if I left anyone out. I hadn't been here in 7 months but the business class star staff at the front desk managed to find the last room I stayed in and made sure it was available for me. The Chairman makes himself personally available on each visit as he welcomes feedback. There are several dining options, the restaurants change every few years to keep things fresh. The food is outstanding! The rooms are clean and well lit. There have been several improvements to the security and comfortable since I began staying here three or four month ago. Bottom line for me, I'm no longer a guest here, I think I'm extended family. Any at the front desk goes as far as making flight reservations when I'm having issues, I get a follow up phone call after I arrive in my room to make sure it's adequate. Been there for corporate visit purpose. Pros: Mesmerizing 360 degree view from the 11th floor rooftop. Besides enjoying the beautiful scene of infinite horizon, one can enjoy close view of aircrafts taking off and landing on Rajshahi airport. Located 3-4 Km far from the main city which makes it a crowd-less place of accommodation. Clean and hygienic rooms. Well mannered and nice behavior of the receptionists. Buffett breakfast with average quality.

Cons: Water geezer doesn't provide long time hot water service. ACs sometime do some malfunctions. Bedsheets contain some old sticky marks. Highway noise creates botheration when...

I spent 3 days there for training purposes. Truly speaking, this hotel's services were the worst among all the hotels I have stayed at in Bangladesh.

The room facilities were very much disappointing, interrupting water and AC. Not only room service, but the lift conditions also were not good enough. The hotel staff is not aware of minimum manners and hospitality. I don't wanna mention their food services.

Above all, there are some good views also, the hotel's location is satisfactory and its rooftop is just pleasing. Hopefully, the authority will augment their service and train their staff. Best of luck hotel star...
