The location is top notch. The beach in front of this resort has a safe area surrounded by coral where you can swim for hours in the sea, safely. That is the best part.

Service staff is cordial and friendly. Good enough.

The restaurant can leave you wanting more. The portions are often not enough. Khichuri for breakfast is great. But other item availability is very limited.

The cleanliness of the inside surroundings are compromised when a lot of guests visit. Our room has just one window, and people had to walk right in front of that to access another room. Practically zero privacy. We could hear everything from the room besides us from our room. Not at all recommended for couples. The bamboo room right in front of the sea was not worth the extra expense. Rather it put a damp into my trip.

They are making a new room though. Which might be better...

I stayed here for two nights and before going there, i saw some negative reviews about this Resort but yes! now i can say that this resort is perfect for staying and chilling in Saint Martin... The room i stayed was fresh and the staffs behaviour was also helpful and descent... They have their private beach and one can anytime have the feel of nature and ocean both...Their restaurant's foods are also very tasty but the negative part is that, their foods are very costly and also the resort is far from the main jetty bazar and transports cost almost 150-300tk to reach here... One thing i must say the resort is fresh and the staffs always clean the rooms and balcony timely also the toilets are fine and fresh... Overall i had a great time here and will come here again to visit St. Martin... but the place should improve in some sectors...
