Very poor service!!! 🤬😡 We went there in the morning on 20th October, 2023. Even though we booked so many days earlier than our arrival, the rooms weren't clean, full of dust, washroom weren't functioning properly, specially there were leakage of water from the commodes, shower water werent clean which cause body itching to our fellow mates... The tubelights of one room wasnt working and they didnt even care after our complaints. The gym was totally out of service, there were bad smell , everything was broken out there. The most horrible thing was the swimming pool! Even hrough before arriving at sylhet, we requested them to clean the swimming pool so that we can swim and then take shower, they didnt clean it. After we reached at the swimming pool they started cleaning,. Disgusting part was we saw mouse, and frog swimming in the pool and lots of dead flies on the pool water. When we asked if they use chlorine in the pool, they didnt even know what is chlorine!!!!

We had to leave the place within 2 hours due to this horrible experience. They didnt even returned our advance payment.

I will never go back to that place or ask anyone...
