Belle Vie Guesthouse — Hotel in Oostkamp

We had an awesome short stay at Belle Vie - the place was spotlessly clean and really well equipped with modern, high spec appliances and good quality furniture and finishes. We had good weather so also made extensive use of the first floor deck outside which provided a great place for breakfast or drinks in the evening.

We were able to park in the huge garage which was super convenient and the EV charging across the road was a bonus.

Bruges is easily reached from the house, we took the train but next time we'll try the bikes! Filip was an excellent host, next door, with loads of recommendations for places...

Ondanks dat de accommodatie prima is, heeft deze host ons zeer ondermaats behandeld. We hadden vooraf een borg afgesproken, omdat de host eerder een negatieve ervaring met een groep heren had gehad. Tijdens ons verbleef heeft een vriend bij het terugzetten van de parasol per ongeluk een lichte beschadiging op de houten terraswand veroorzaakt. Zonder ons verhaal aan te horen heeft de host direct een timmerman geconsulteerd, waarna wij een offerte toegestuurd kregen van 350 euro. Daarnaast heeft hij extra kosten in rekening gebracht, omdat het afval niet goed verwerkt was, terwijl wij netjes alles bij het vuil hadden gezet. Als laatste betichtte dhr ons er ook nog van dat we ons niet aan de uitcheckreglementen hadden gehouden(11:00 uur was afgesproken), terwijl wij 10:45 uur buiten stonden. Ondanks dat hij de accommodatie netjes voor elkaar heeft, is deze host zeer ongeschikt als uitbater van een B&B. Wees...

it was a really cool and comfertable experience although it was very hot that day in Brugge. The room is super clean and hand made by the owner. he and his mother are also super friendly. If we are in that area we definetly want to come back to Belle...
