Feeling exhausted from a grueling workweek, myself and two colleagues sought solace in a weekend getaway at Luythoeve. From the moment we arrived until our departure, every second was enveloped in coziness and the crisp embrace of fresh air. Nestled amidst the serene woods and conveniently accessible by roads, Luythoeve has firmly secured its place as one of my favorite destinations for a weekend retreat.

Our host, Frank, epitomized hospitality from the outset, extending a warm welcome that set the tone for our entire stay. Not only did he graciously accommodate our needs, but he also went above and beyond, effortlessly arranging the necessary equipment for an evening barbecue, ensuring our comfort and enjoyment.

The accommodations were nothing short of idyllic—a charming haven boasting two separate bedrooms, a shower, toilet, kitchen, and living room. Frank's thoughtful touch extended to providing an ample supply of wood, inviting us to bask in the warmth of the fireplace as we engaged in lively discussions well into the night.

The following morning, Frank unveiled the enchanting wonders of his backyard farm—a menagerie of lively pets including three dogs, pigs, sheep, horses, donkeys, and chickens. It was a truly immersive experience, further enhanced by Frank's generosity in allowing us to partake in the fun by driving his tractor—a moment that added an extra layer of joy to our stay. I particularly enjoyed spending time playing with the lovely dogs Amy, Sem, and Spooky, who added an extra touch of warmth and companionship to our visit.

On a personal note, Frank and I engaged in captivating conversations spanning a myriad of topics, further enriching our experience and leaving a lasting impression of genuine connection.

Une expérience merveilleuse dans un hébergement parfait ! L’hébergement a dépassé toutes nos attentes : les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et extrêmement confortables. L’ambiance générale du lieu était chaleureuse et apaisante, idéale pour se détendre. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel – toujours souriant et serviable, ils ont répondu à toutes nos demandes avec une grande réactivité. On voit clairement qu’ils travaillent avec passion et dévouement. Le petit-déjeuner était tout simplement exceptionnel ! Un large choix, des produits frais et délicieux.
