From the moment we climbed into the tiny puddle jumper of The Royal Belize, it was clear we were in for an extraordinary experience. Celebrating my 40th birthday here, surrounded by my closest friends and family, was truly a dream come true. The island exudes luxury at every turn, earning its 5-star status not just through its breathtaking beauty but through the meticulous attention to detail and personalized service provided by the staff.

Our stay was defined by the unparalleled hospitality and the idyllic setting. The private chef was a culinary wizard, transforming every meal into a gastronomic delight. Each dish showcased the rich flavors of local cuisine, made with the freshest ingredients, and tailored to our personal tastes and dietary requirements. Dining with the backdrop of the sea at sunset was an unforgettable experience. With 4-course meals and snacks in between, we did not go hungry.

All of the staff was amazing, kind and helpful. But what truly set our experience apart was Oscar, our dedicated concierge. Oscar was the heart and soul of our stay, ensuring that every request was met with a smile and every need anticipated with grace. From serving exotic drinks in the ocean to arranging bespoke island activities, Oscar went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable. His professionalism, combined with a genuine warmth, made us feel like royalty.

The Royal Belize itself is a paradise. The island's natural beauty, from its crystal-clear waters to its unique sea-creatures, creates a sense of serenity and isolation from the rest of the world. Just a phenomenal trip! We travel quite a bit and would highly recommend Royal Belize for a large group, luxury beach vacation for how beautiful, well thought out, and logistically easy the trip was for our group of 3 families with children ranging from 6 to 14 years old. Our families booked this trip as a way for me to rejuvenate before surgery and it definitely did that. The concierge team did a great job getting us to the island. The Royal Belize Team treated us like royalty while we were there. We loved the delicious and plentiful food and drinks and positive attitude. The island is so well thought out. The island has a great combination of gorgeous, clean separate houses for accommodations plus a well designed, brilliant outdoor, sheltered central congregating tv/movie/dining/lounge area. Royal Belize was the perfect size island for our three families. It was replete with separate, small, visually stunning spaces that allowed for mini adventures apart and then also has this giant comfortable common outdoor lounge area for us to all come together, connect, and share our adventures throughout the day. The staff were so helpful with the kids. Oscar took the kids sailing over and over again. The team provided bait and checked in the on the kids to help them take the caught fish off the hooks AND even prepared all the caught jack fish, yellowtail snapper, and barracuda for dinner to our whole group's delight. Beach vacations can sometimes be too hot and too sunny, but Royal Belize was pleasant--sunny, breezy, and had lots of shady alcoves for skin protection. The trip was an easy montage of relaxing and enjoyable activities--island hopping on the catamaran, beach yoga, seaside massages, snorkeling, SUP, kayaking, fishing, interacting with island wildlife, watching the sunset, star gazing, roasting marshmallows--and because the team helps make all the logistics happen, our days were somehow so full and so relaxed at the same time.
