Jardines Del Cerro Hotel Boutique — Hotel in Kanata

We have visited this place for the international women's day. They had an advertisement that offered an afternoon tea. We have not stayed at the hotel, so we can not comment on the hotel services and accommodations. This review is about the service and offerings of their restaurant.|The place is nice. It has a beautiful setting not very easy to find, because it is inside a semi gated community. However, once we found it, we were surprised at the nice setting. |The offerings for tea were mediocre, not really something you want to repeat. On the way to the toilette we realized that the owner who was serving the small cakes and pastry, did not consequently used a serving instrument, but used her bare hands to put the pastries on the the trays!. We did not like that.|The waiters were running around as if they were very busy or being told to hurry up. Not really very relaxing for guests.|In general, this seems to be a family business, who has potential of becoming a good alternative to the main restaurants of the city because of the nice setting. Beautiful place. The food was good (overpriced) but the service! Terrible!!! We waited over one hour to get water. Once food order was actually placed - it took an hour for our steak sandwich to arrive. Also since the kitchen is visible to customers, no one wore masks or gloves in there....

Las instalaciones del hotel son simplemente fantásticas. Hermosos jardines interiores y exteriores. Una piscina muy linda, una cocina a la vista, la decoración es tremenda! |La comida estaba terrible. Ordenamos pizzas que vinieron crudas, los ingredientes de cuarta. Ordenamos vino rosa espumante, llegó el mesero con la botella y dos vasos de vino tinto. Sin hielera, sin la servilleta especial para este vino y cuando pregunté por las copas, me dijo que no tienen. El menú es muy amplio, pero mucho de lo que está en el menú no está disponible en la realidad. ||El personal se muestra muy cooperador y amable, pero faltan muchas cosas. El hotel se puede explotar de mil maneras. Pero se nota una administración deficiente y mal trabajo de marketing.
