This hotel has seen better days and the owners should really invest more into what should now be considered basic things. In Coroico many other hotels have good wifi and food so there is no reason why this can't be the same. ||||On the positive side the rooms are relatively spacious and very clean and there was good hot water and showers. The bed was average but still quite comfortable and had a good night sleep.||There is a lounge area that is perfect for hanging out and relaxing as long as there are no kids playing this silly game they have there and the view from the terrace over the valley is seriously amazing. If only they had internet access, it was extremely poor at best. I stayed for 2 nights and maybe had 10minutes online the whole time and thats just to do whatsapp messaging. ||There is a great pool there which was well kept, and sun lounges were all really good. It was great to have a few cold beers by the pool and just take it all in Note: make sure you take mosquito repellent as I was bitten alive by mosquitos! You cant hear them or see them but guarantee they are there!||||I do not recommend the hotel restaurant though, go somewhere else for either breakfast or dinner. We waited for at least 2 hours from ordering and the food is really poor. I ate half my meal as was just too starved by the end of it. It had no flavor at all and cannot say anything positive. I am sure the chef and staff tried their best but it really is just poor I am sorry to say. ||Other tips is that the staff don't speak English but will try to understand you so learn a little bit beforehand. The hotel does laundry as well and did a very good job at it so its not all negative. Just go somewhere...

We were hopeful when we entered the gate and saw the large entrance area of this once so great hotel. ||But we were sadly disappointed as we entered the hotel. ||It seems that it has not had maintenance for many many years. ||The rooms are Old with Old wooden furnishing. Paper thin Walls. Hot showers - the only plus!||The pool area is outright horrible. Damaged plastic chairs around faded in colour and brittle by many hours of staying in the sun. And broken useless sunchairs. ||The poolstairs were rusty and the bottom of the pool damaged. ||The breakfast is a joke. Don’t waste your appitite. Go to the nearby place just up the stairs “Flor de Los Andes” where they have bagels and good coffee. ||Only the fresh fruit on the breakfast buffet was edible. The bread is several days old/rock hard. The juice has never actually seen a piece of fruit. Only hot milk - not cold, so you could use it on cereal. ||Also the sandwiches ordered for lunch were disgusting. ||Only plusses: billiard tables (not straight) and pingpong tables. A sweet Black cat. ||It’s amazing how they can even consider asking for that much for a room at this rundown place. Don’t waste your money...

We were supposed to be have a two night stay at this hotel. However, we left after one night. Our room was old and dirty. The bathroom shower curtain looked like it needed to be thrown in the bin with mould all over it. The water was leaking everywhere while having a shower and to top it off we barely had any hot water. The breakfast was extremely limited. The hotel|Is minimally staffed. We felt quite sorry for the staff member who was handling the breakfast as he was doing a three person job. Overall this hotel is not at all worth what we paid for it. They should not be charging more than $20 a night for what they are offering. The management are clearly to blame and these issues need to be bought To their attention. This hotel needs a complete overhaul. I would never...
