Frederick the owner is a polite person, he had helped me to make an ambience for a proposal to my Fiancée. He did well! There is a Jacuzzi, Sauna, and a romantic dinner with wood fire and all the arrangements for the moment. It is a very peaceful place, warm and cozy I recommend it if you want to be little secluded.

I used to live in Tarija and never knew this place existed. So glad we found it in time for our first year anniversary! It's hidden away from the city, surrounded by mountains and, at this time of year, lots of greenery as well. The waterfalls (a must see!) are about an hour hike away or you can take transportation directly there.||The rooms are uniquely decorated and very comfy. Ours had a balcony with a perfect view of the mountains.||The breakfast is included and they are flexible to accommodate people with allergies.||For lunch and dinner there is a restaurant with a full menu.||Each room has its own fridge, definitely a plus.||They have a pool, private jacuzzi and steam room, as well as a zip line. We were not told that these would cost extra until we got the bill at the end. So keep that in mind. We opted for the private jacuzzi and were not disappointed!||Rather than being an elegant hotel it is more like a bed and breakfast. It is family owned,...

Federic is the owner and was always around to help up. He was the best part of our experience. He picked us up from the airport and and gave us a ton of information about the city and what tours he could book for us. His wife and oldest kid Martin also run the hotel and they were kind and always willing to take care of us. The hotel is beautiful over looking the mountains. The rooms are very large and clean with TVs, fridge, and private bathrooms and shower. It was really one of the best hotel experiences I have had living in Bolivia. I would recommend it to anyone. ||||No complaints at all. If you want to stay close to the city, then this is not the hotel for you. It is about 15 minutes from the city. We liked being in the...

Whenever we travel, we try to opt for smaller, family run places. We found the absolutely perfect spot with La Pasarela. Frédéric and Maira were fantastic hosts. They helped arrange taxi pickups and wine tours (through Viva Tours - highly recommended) before we arrived. Once on the property, Maira arranged everything for us, including delicious meals at the property. When not out touring the wine bodegas, we opted to relax at the property, enjoying the countryside. We’d come back and stay longer if we ever...
