   Read moreWe had stayed here one weekend in January, it was expensive ($1050bs per person) but we had a jacuzzi in our room and the food was amazing, Last weekend we had a final friend trip before some moved away, and decided to stay here for the full moon. ||We got the same room, however the jacuzzi didnât work. They said they needed to fix the water heater. The next day they said the water heater worked, it was just too cold outside and it couldnât keep up enough to heat the water. So our group couldnât even shower while we were there.|| It was so cold and they didnât provide our friends with a space heater, so they had to âborrowâ one that was in an empty room. They can only accommodate one large group inside the restaurant and have no space heaters in the glass enclosed spaces. There was a large group there, so when we ordered tea to warm up it was cold when it came, for $10bs per person. Because even with the meals there is no drink included that they told us about. This time we never got told our options for food they just asked vegetarian or not, one night two out of three of the non vegetarian meals didnât get eaten because it was terrible, and they never even asked what was wrong with the food. ||The last disappointing thing was that they charged us $40bs per person for a camp fire! Other ecolodges it costs $40bs in total no matter how many people you have. ||They said they would give us a discount or a refund because we paid a lot for a jacuzzi that never worked amd we werenât able to bathe for the 3 days we were there. They gave me a voucher for $100bs, less than 5% of what we had to pay and not even enough for a full meal there.||Go for the food and the view. Never stay there...
