Hotel G — Hotel in Santa Cruz de la Sierra

They used to be my go to hotel when I needed a night in Santa cruz. However, it seems as though new owners took over. And the people are rude, uninterested in their job. The rooms have gotten dirtier, there's bugs. Even their breakfasts have changed. The old staff is gone, probably couldn't stand it. It used to have such a welcoming vibe. Like kindness and hospitality. Now you feel like you're stepping somewhere you shouldn't be.

There are plenty of amazing hotels in Santa cruz for the same price and even lower...

Clean, comfortable rooms with everything you need on a business trip. Bed is very firm (I like that) sparkling clean sheets, plenty of pillows, good AC, shower is great, location is excellent, close to many good restaurants, no noise (at least in my room). Las habitaciones amplias , el precio es un poco alto , la limpieza falta que no nos pregunten es su obligacion limpiar el baño , colocar papel y jabon , eso no se tiene que preguntar , solo se debe hacer y listo , en lo referente a la atencion en especial por una señorita trata con una total indiferencia , decirles que nosotros somos una pareja de empresarios profesionales y no se tiene un Bidet para mi esposa , en la recepcion la señorita a la que me refiero necesita tener mas empatia , nos hemos sentido como si nosotros fueramos sus empleados o sus hijos , el hotel tiene que preparar a sus empleados ellos son el rostro del hotel y deben de brillar con su presencia , nosotros somos huespedes y como tal debemos ser tratados y tienen que tener mucho tacto hacia los clientes , esta critica y una opinion de lo que hemos vivido en dos oportunidades , nadie que sentirse minguneado o ignorado cuando uno se acerca a la recepcion , solo en esto me quejo , en relacion a la alimentacion no me puedo quejar , las instalaciones son excelentes tiene parking interior , para dormir se...
