We stayed (thankfully) just one night. The room wasn’t clean, especially the bathroom. We understand that the furniture can’t be always brand new, but clean - yes, please. The toilette, the shower where filthy (mold around and in the the shower tub). The tab in the sink was so I placed that it was almost impossible to wash hands, and the water pressure was also very bad). The thing that disturbed us the most was a light strip right outside and under our room. The room had a glass floor and the lights would turn on every 90 seconds for just a moment and lighten up the entire room (there was a switch were you could only regulate the frequency of the light strip turning on, faster or slower). We put towels on the glass floor to ensure our sleep, but the “light-show” was also coming through the window curtains, as well. Long story short, a wellness hotel were we couldn’t even sleep. As we checked out the lady on the receptions asked us if everything were OK, as we said “no”, she just kept doing here work and she...

And i had a moment to enjoy while she played on it in the evening :) Restaurants, are good aswell ,better to eat down stairs at pools becasue its cheaper and faster then restaurant above the pool keep that in mind. Read moreIn the beginning, the outdoor pool was closed, although the weather was sunny and still hot. We were in the first week of September, but this is not the problem. The staff in the reception do not speak English, and if there is someone who speaks it, make sure that they understand it well because they are very good at taking your money as insurance, and when you ask for it, they tell you that it is the price of renting towels and that the problem is with our understanding. The cost of entry is about 11 km(local currency)per person, and children under 6 years old are free. There is also 5 local currency in exchange for a deposit on the pool entry card. Also, the towel rent is about 3 euros (note that if you buy it, you will pay the same thing). What is strange is that the price of entering the pool does not include towels😒. In any case, an experience that will not be...
