Hotel Kardial — Hotel in Teslic municipality

Booked by travel agency individually for 10 days stay. Due to some medical problems decided to use services of this well known rehab center and made my choice for hotel Kardial. Expected a lot for 4 🌟 rated hotel but in the beginning faced with the lack or pure information. To be clear all the staff is so polite and trying to help but from the perspective of the customer I need to educate them that first time guest needs all the information that can get and should get it's not their job to suppose that I maybe know how everything goes. For example they should tell you that you won't be admitted and registered by the nurse without your hotel ID card which comes with the room card. I taught it's just key's cover. And instead to be officially admitted I had to go back to my room to get that cover and again to go back to the nurse. There are long lines everywhere and you need to wait. But they are all so polite. The medical treatment is good and professional but you need to know that you won't get any different treatment or priority as self and fully paying patient/guest. Hotel food is good with a lot of choices. Everybody can find something for yourself. Hotel pool is the story for an essay. The pool is open for the public and there is big chance that you as hotel guest won't be able to find sunbed by the pool. It's useless to complain because it's hotel policy and you'll just be marked as difficult and complicated guest who always have something to ask. And if you don't know to bring bottled water or wallet with you to the pool you would be thirsty that's mean that you should go. I don't want that this review be considered as complaint but just as an additional information to the future guests. Room 227 where we were staying for 2-3 days was quite good and we did not notice anything broken. The TV worked just fine but we did not use it a lot. The only thing that was malfunctioning was the glass door in the bathroom because the water used to go out while taking a shower. The hotel staff, however, was not that professional as the lady working in the lobby bar ignored the "non-smoking" sign when she faced several smoking guests. She should have warned them about the rule. The green spa area was a pleasant experience but it left me unsure if there were any restrictions regarding the people who can use it as the advertising said "exclusive availability of the green spa area". It seemed to me as if all the guests could use it no matter if they were local daily guests of the swimming pools or the hotel guests who should have some kind of benefits. The price is OK for foreign guests whereas it seems to be a bit too high for the service given to the locals who typically cannot afford it (on average). You have to be very careful when using online booking system or you will end up paying much more for less service like it happened to me. I am still at Kardial hotel trying to sort it out what went wrong. If you book medical package as advertised online that is only valid if you are staying for a week. We booked 4 nights full package online and ended up not getting any medical checks or treatments. I tried to switch to 4 nights massage/sauna package as advised by one of the stuff but it wasn’t approved. One major flag is outdoor pool. If you need assistance walking or have bed knees forget about it. There is no single handrail or a steps you can use to access the pool. Our room 315 had a broken lamp, stained carpet and one of the bathrobes left for use is very dirty. On the positive note I have to mention cleaning ladies and waitresses in a dining room.
