I stayed here on our last night of a week tour through Zimbabwe and Botswana. After a 12 hour driving day this was the perfect place to arrive, relax and unwind.||On arrival we were greeting by Edwin and the friendly staff at the lodge, with cold towels and drinks to cool off.||The staff went above and beyond for our dinner, it was little up beautifully with fairy lights and presented like fine dining - felt like Christmas Eve! The food was beautiful we had a Kudu potjiekos with fresh salad. Alcoholic beverages like wine and beer are reasonably priced and available at reception which you can bring to dinner.||The rooms are gorgeous single standing huts with a double or two singles, and a kids room. I had the best sleep it was so comfortable - mosquito nets are draped to protect you while you sleep. Clean and comfortable, just wished we could have stayed longer.||Breakfast was a selection of continental and hot including eggs, bacon, beans and sausage. We more or less rolled out of there onto the bus we were so full!||The lodge is 8km off the main road so be prepared for total piece and quiet amongst the Botswana wilderness....

And then this afternoon @ 14:35 I was notified that the accommodation was fully booked. If the responses weren't so far apart I might have got the accommodation that I wanted. I guess this all means that we need to find a new spot to to go. Such a pity as we had 2 wonderful stay at Stevensford in 2018. I guess a change is as good as...
