Lisboa Palace Hotel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Alta Floresta

We have been staying at the Lisboa Hotel every other year since 2001 and stayed again in January 2016. I agree with the review published from November, 8th 2015. The renovated rooms are large, clean, with very nice finishing for the area. The beds and linens are new and the bathroom very clean with glass box. The hall to this area brings Portuguese flags and Amazonian handicrafts. This renovated area I would classify quite luxurious for this far north location, particularly Alta Floresta. By the other hand, the common areas still need some work. The entrance is quite old and needs improvement but the front desk service we received was courteous and efficient including during the reservation we made by phone. The breakfast is good but the restaurant is dark and the way the food and drink options are displayed does not make you feel hungry. The restaurant area needs improvement for sure. But, what one really wants when going to a hotel? A roomy, new and clean apartment is not good enough? That is what you get on the renovated area. It feels you are in a medium to large Sao Paulo countryside business town. When we visited this last time we received a great service, as usual. If the service was not as expected we could always reach Mr Manoel and his son, Nelinho who are great people having special care for Alta Floresta as they live there for decades and, as Portuguese immigrants contributed to the development of this once, and still somehow, last...

Em novembro deste ano decidi tirar férias para explorar o interior do brasil, um pouco à descoberta e no espírito da aventura acabei por decidir passar uns dias em Alta Floresta, descobri o Lisboa Palace Hotel através do Facebook, fiz a minha pesquisa e fiz a reserva. ||À chegada ao hotel, devo dizer que fui muito bem recebido, o atendimento foi fantástico, ofereceram-me algo para beber pois estava imenso calor e enquanto isso levaram as minhas malas para o quarto. ||Seguindo para o quarto, tenho pena de ter tirado fotos para verem, o quarto estava em excelentes condições, ao contrario do estilo exterior, o quarto já tem um estilo mais modernizado pois nota-se que foi renovado recentemente, tinha uma cama muito confortável, uma casa de banho impecável, toalhas limpas, um mini frigorífico com alguns produtos da regiao, uma televisão de qualidade com bastantes canais para me manter entretido, o ar condicionado estava sempre no ponto, nunca deu problemas e o WIFI do hotel tinha um sinal muito bom também. ||Quanto ao atendimento por parte de todos os funcionarios e donos do hotel, só tenho coisas boas a dizer, fui tratado como familia, todos os dias houve serviço de quartos, toalhas frescas e mini bar reabastecido, inclusive lavaram-me a roupa suja o que me ajudou bastante a gerir o guarda roupa ahaha. Voltando ao atendimento, os donos do hotel ofereceram-se para me dar a conhecer alguns marcos mais conhecidos da cidade e guiaram-me pelos sitios que deveria explorar, estarei para sempre agradecido pelas experiências que me deram, fizeram-me sentir em casa todos os dias. ||Não poderia me esquecer de dizer, que outra das coisas que amei no hotel, foi o pequeno almoço, a qualidade da comida oferecida é fantastica, fiz questão de acordar todos os dias mais cedo para nunca perder nenhum pequeno almoço, fruta fresca da epoca e da regiao sempre, pao caseiro sempre acabado de fazer, sumos naturais, tudo muito saboroso, parabens à(s) cozinheira(s).||Para finalizar, peço desculpa a todos por nao ter tirado fotografias a tudo, mas perdi-me no momento e esqueci-me completamente, mas irei muito certamente voltar um dia e farei questão de postar aqui novamente a minha review com fotos de tudo.||Obrigado a todos no Lisboa Palace Hotel pelo excelente trabalho e recomendo vivamente a todos os que estiverem de passagem por Alta Floresta a ficarem hospedados...
