Hotel Porto Bello — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Cáceres

I stayed at the Hotel Porto Bello on my last trip to Brazil. I was there for a school trip and stayed here for about 6 nights. As an American, I did not know what to expect going to such a small community on the interior of Brazil, but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the hotel was. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. I do not speak Portuguese and the staff did there best to help when I did not have my interpreter with me. The breakfast room was lovely and the food was fresh, no complaints about that. They even had Wi-Fi in the rooms that worked better than the other hotels we stayed at in Sao Paulo and Cuiaba. It did stop working our last night, but we were leaving the next day so it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. Overall, this was one of the nicest places we were in while in Caceres and I would gladly stay there again if given the opportunity. The one downside to this hotel is the location, as it is not really close to anything. However, taxis are available and if you have a car, this won't be an issue. While I would not normally give 5 stars to this type of hotel, given the remoteness of the location and considering the other options, this place definitely deserves 5 stars. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

The best thing in Brazil's hotel it is the breakfast. If you like to sleep more in the morning don't go there! Depend what you best like... they have a good bedroom, clean, not too noise, a good breakfast, but they finish the breakfast 9:00 am and when we arrived around 8:30am always, what finished it is finished.. one day like 95% was finished and just the plates... orange juice, just after we were there for 2 weeks I drinker one day. Another thing for me very unprofessional was, at the holidays like Christmas and new years eve if we don't go away before 11:00am they just told us the cleaners were gone because they go to home early!! We change to la barca hotel I like it better...

Sou cliente desse hotel a muitos anos...fiquei uns seis anos sem passar por lá, agora dessa vez tenho que pela primeira vez fazer uma "crítica" construtiva,e claro. Sempre elogiei e sempre fomos bem tratados, mais dessa vez a crítica e no quesito "banheiro". Água quente e fria...o que. Quase me impediu de ter um banho decente. Pedi ao funcionário pra vir até o quarto e ver o problema e ele constatou.... Ao abrir água fria só saiu água fervendo.... O que não e normal....só algum tempo depois que voltava aí normal. Quem chega cansado de um viagem de quase 1000 km quer mais e tomar uma ducha e...
