A mixed bag. Dinner is lovely, the thermal parks are great, however: little insects in the bathroom; water coming down the wall from the apartment above; no cleaning service after night one - they didn't even make the beds; and on checkout day they told us that the policy had changed and we didn't have access to the two water parks, which is the only reason why you would go there in the first place. Rather expensive by Brazilian standards already, this turned out to be a bit of a rip-off. Pros:|1) room is comfortable and bed is large. We arrived at the hotel and found no soap, shampoo etc. No bedding for 4th bed and only 2 bath towells (4 in party).
