Pantanal Park Hotel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Corumbá

We attempted to stay here in December 25th 2020. The miles long mud route to the hotel was not suitable for any rental car, but we did it somehow (it was dry season). Other reviews say that this place is abandoned and we can confirm it with the pictures we took. As i’m writing, i’m trying to find a solution with hotels.com, as they reached the hotel and they kept saying it is open. So clearly, a scam.

We tried contacting this place via whatsapp, telephone, email, and facebook. No answer. Other reviews say that this place is abandoned. Took me 5 hours of phone calls to orbitz to get a refund. Dont make the same mistake we did. Spent the entire day in the car wasting gas...
