Sayuri Hotel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Foz do Iguaçu

I stayed three nights in this hotel as I got it through a third party site for such a low price. Unfortunately, the price was not low enough as I would not stay here again even if I was being paid. The location is 1km from the border of Paraguay, but the area it is situated is not at all safe; having been warned by a local (during the day) that it is not safe to walk around the neighbourhood. It is also very far from the centre so be advised, should you for some reason want to stay here that they will charge you a ridiculous amount knowing that their taxis are the only option. The room was mediocre with aircon, however, the bathroom was filthy with most parts broken and the door did not even shut properly. ||The breakfast was great having a wide selection of hot and cold food. Unfortunately, on our last day we saw a cockroach in the dining area, so the one good thing going for this hotel was ruined by such filth. ||It has a lovely pool area, although we did not go in the pool as although it was large and had the potential to be nice, the water was thick, milky and filthy. ||Lastly, the staff. I had an encounter with the hotel in that they charged me THREE times for the same stay as apparently my "credit card didnt work on their system." I spent the majority of my stay talking and arguing with them as they would not pay me for the two payments. They were rude, unhelpful, incompetent and just plain lazy. They had absolutely no interest in refunding me the money, just prolonging everything, waiting for me to leave. Suffice it to say, this hotel is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed, both through the filthiness of their hotel and the attitude of their staff. Do...

Pontos positivos: O hotel é perto do Paraguai o café da manhã tem várias opções de comida. o frigobar funcionou perfeitamente. O ar condicionado, apesar de velho, cumpria a função de gelar bem.

Pontos negativos: A piscina estava visivelmente suja, com sujeira marrom, limo, nos azulejos das bordas da piscina. A água estava bastante turva, não sendo possível ver muito dentro da água. Eles não fornecem nem toalhas para usar a piscina. Somente 1 toalha por hóspede, como vou me secar na piscina , tomar outro banho do quarto e tirar toda a sujeira da água, se não terei toalha para me secar? Tive que usar uma toalha própria. Além disso a piscina não apresentava um piso antiderrapante no entorno da mesma, minha esposa caiu perto do chuveiro e machucou feio o joelho. Se preocupem mais com a qualidade da piscina e menos em ficar cobrando por rolha consumida no entorno da piscina.

No banheiro do quarto, O papel higiênico era de péssima qualidade, tivemos que ir ao mercado comprar uns rolos para ter um pouco de dignidade ao usar a privada. A posição das torneiras do banheiro não segue o padrao de água fria na direita e água quente na esquerda, minha esposa quase se queimou ao abrir os registro. Tomem cuidado, aqui a água fria era na esquerda. Não foi fornecido shampoo para o banho. Mais uma vez fomos ao mercado comprar shampoo.

-As roupas de cama também decepcionaram. O lençol da cama não tinha elástico, então na menor movimentação na cama, já estávamos em contato direto com o colchão velho da cama. O colchao era mole e tinha umas ondulações estranhas. Quando fui ver a cama faltavam várias e várias tábuas para o apoio do colchão, fazendo as ondulações apontadas acima.

o Wi-Fi é claramente insuficiente para os quase 100 hóspedes. Quase nunca funcionava direito.

O hotel possui um grande estacionamento nos fundos, mas esse é também compartilhado com quem não é hóspede e deseja pagar diária no estacionamento. O problema disso é que não há qualquer controle de entrada no estacionamento, qualquer um poderia usar ali sem pagar nada, qualquer um mal intencionado poderia entrar roubar os carros e sair completamente impune ( pois os hotel não se responsabiliza por objetivos deixados no carro).

O café da manhã, apesar de Boa variedade, tinha várias opções velhas e requentadas (pegamos salsinha de cachorro quente ressecada e um pedaço de bolo estava com sabor de azedo. Alem disso o suco servido, quase sempre era artificial.

não sei se é normal para a região, mas não gostei do check out as 11h e check in somente as 14h.

Nunca mais volto!

Não recomendo para ninguém em férias, mas caso vc só queira ir pro Paraguai e nao se importa com o que falei acima, é bem perto e pode atender suas necessidades pelo preço...

we stayed here for a few nights and it was by far the worst hotel experience i have ever had. ||The rooms were filthy, the staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful, cockroaches were everywhere, dead or alive throughout the hotel, the beds were unbelievably uncomfortable and the dinner service was appalling. They charge for the use of the internet, and the location of the hotel is really far away from the falls if that's the purpose of your visit. The only redeeming factor was perhaps the inclusive breakfast. ||All in all i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone....
