Well organized and clean hotel. Great amenities and excellent staff team!|Could improve the speed in which requests are taken care of, but all in all it's a very good hotel for its price, perhaps the best in the city of Governador Valadares.|It's close to the Shopping Center and Downtown, also has a great view of the Pico da Ibituruna from its room windows! |Everything works perfectly, from the Sauna , to the pool, to the room service.|Could improve the breakfast variety, which I found to be very poor.|The internet connection works great; props to the reception staff for being so courteous and receptive , willing to help with whatever they could.||Resuming, I had a great stay here and will come back for sure.||There was also a very quick response from the Hotel Management after my guest commentary...

This is an excellent hotel, very well located and with all the main facilities requerer for a business or pleasure trip. The room is ample, with main desktop and appropriate chair for business. The bathroom is also large, with hair dryer and lovely souveniers. The sheets, towels and mattresses are new and clean. The breakfast is varied and everything is delicious. The room.service is also very good and the food is gorgeous, for a very reasonable price. The is an public restaurant on the ground floor, that provides the hotel food, and it is also a pleasant place for your meals. The have a local beer that must be experienced. The staff, from the hotel and the restaurant are all very friendly and well trained. You won't regret staying here and will miss it...

Fulfilled all my expectations, from the cleaning, reception to food. Apartments new, fresh and well designed. Receptionists kind at all shifts. Breakfast delicious with lots of variety. Parking space, wi-fi high speed, plus could connect in more than two devices. Which was great. Congrats to the staff!!! They really made me wanna stay more. Also the location is perfect!
