The nightmare begins with the bed sheets, which were stained (dark stains and some were yellowish or even blood-colored), just like they were not washed.||||Also, the room was dirty with dust everywhere (again, just like it was not cleaned before the check-in).||||The bathrooms were also dirty, with remains of previously-used soaps and the showers almost didn't have any water pressure, making it difficult just to take a simple shower (maybe lacking of maintenance to unclog its orifices).||||Not only that, the air conditioning wouldn't turn on.||||On the laundry area of the room there were plants invading from the outside, again showing lack of maintenance.||||The rooms are a bit quirky with brick-made furniture (couch and beds), but that's not a big deal.||||The only good things: breakfast (delicious and varied, but nothing fancy and with fake orange juice), location (at the beach sand) and service (the cook ladies were very nice and the owner of the place excused himself when knowing of all the problems).||||All in all, this hotel has EVERYTHING to be the best, it only lacks a good management and...

It is not acceptable to impose the new Testament in the rooms : not everyone is religious or believes in the same god. It is absolutely outrageous, intrusive and oppressive. About the place and service itself: The shower runs poorly and doesn't get really hot. The decoration lacks of modernity. People passing by the room and having a clear view of inside is quite disturbing and a lack of privacy: you have to choose between enjoying the light of the day or being seen by strangers. The owners rarely wear masks - when they do, it doesn't cover their noses. Alcohol gel is available but seems like it has been sitting there for ages. A pousada é relativamente grande, e muitos bons quartos estavam desocupados. Fomos hospedados num canto, que nem se dá de chamar de quarto. É literalmente uma vergonha oferecer uma opção dessas. Ficamos no sótao, sem varanda, no terceiro andar de escadas. Nas fotos do booking, parece excelente, inclusive optei por conhecer um lugar novo que parecia melhor que outros que já nos hospedamos. No fim foi o mais caro que paguei fora de temporada nos ultimos 5 anos, não contando inflação, mas sim pelo que entrega. Chuveiro com aquecimento a gás é ideal, mas aceito que seja elétrico, embora o banheiro era minúsculo. Quarto minusculo com uma cadeira, embora nas fotos tenha mesa com duas boas cadeiras. O ponto não são as diferenças dos quartos, e sim, que tinha apenas um tipo de apartamento para reservar por 450 diária em setembro, por uma espelunca. Não existe área comum, como parece nas fotos, e sim uma área que faz parte dos quartos do térreo de frente pro mar. Eu entendo que o propósito de ir pra praia, é ficar na praia, e fizemos sim. A praia é ótima.

Não existe estacionamento. Estacionas nas vagas da rua. Ok, bombas é seguro, mas é um ponto negativo. Sendo bem honesto, apenas pontos negativos. Acesso a praia esquisito, pela lateral, ou passar na area reservada do povo do térreo. Sem estacionamento. O pior quarto de pousda que já fiquei na vida, e olha que já viajamos muito. Banheiro horrivel. Chuveiro elétrico, mas ok. Atendeu. Sem área pra poder sentar, comer um lanche. Estrutura zero mesmo. Parece que são 3 funcionários apenas, pra receção, cozinha e limpeza. Sem atendimento 24h, para o preço que cobram.

Resumo. Se o preço fosse justo, seria bom. Justo digo no máximo R$ 200,00 diária, mas se encontra por 200 algo bem melhor em bombas. É vergonhoso cobrar 450 diária num canto do sótao, com mais da metade da pousdada desocupada. Se alguem duvida que R$ 450 é caro, pode ir no vo jaques pereque ou vila verde tbm em pereque.
