Candeias Guarany — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Jardim

Pros:||Excellent coffee break. Wide variety of cakes, breads, fruits and fresh juices. ||Very nice and friendly staff. ||Room cleaning every day. ||Air conditioning in all rooms. ||Billiard and table tennis for free. ||Cons:||Far from the city center. You’ll need a car to move about. ||The free WiFi is mostly non existent. Hard to connect and even harder to remain connected. Might be the case for the whole city though. ||Going through construction work for expanding its facilities. On week   days the noise goes on non stop. Not a big deal if you don't intend to use the pool, or don't care about the ugly look in the construction site. Will be quite nice when it is over though. |||Overall we had a nice time. Once the construction is done it will be much more pleasant. Still, a car is a must in order to access the city to eat and everything else, since the area around the hotel has no structure for tourists and the center is not within...

The cons first: It is a little away from downtown, if you want something to eat you either walk, drive or get a cab, you can take your own ingredients, it has places to cook, but c'mon, you are on vacation. And the rooms are ok

The Pros: The internet surprised me, I took my work with me, since I wasn't really on vacation, and it was very fast, all over the hotel The breakfast is also a good thing, full of good stuff Finaly, the pool is in the middle of it all and it gets sun...

Na noite do dia 07/01/2021 estávamos hospedado no hotel Candeias, um lugar bem Bonito e aconchegante. || Chegamos do passeio tarde e por incrível que o pareça ligamos na recepção do hotel , pedindo informações se eles poderiam nos passar algum contato de alguma lanchonete de Bonito. Um dos recepcionista falava grosso no telefone como se estivesse falando com algum parente dele (Luiz), até aí tudo bem.|| Quando chegou o entregador no hotel com nosso pedido, eu estava sentado do lado de fora da recepção juntamente com minha esposa, e entregador entrou e pediu para avisar que ele estava já na recepção com nossos pedidos.|| Porém nós estávamos na frente sentados e nem percebemos que era o nosso pedido que foi até rápido que chegou.|| Já na recepção ouvi o Márcio falando para o entregador qe não poderia entrar sem máscara, o entregador educadamente se retirou e foi até a sua moto, mesmo não satisfeito os dois rapaz Márcio e Luiz ligou para o local de onde nós tínhamos pedidos nossa pizza mentindo para o dono que o entregador os xingou, eu e minha esposa vimos tudo e nada disso aconteceu. Eu estou indignado como podem tem esse tipo de pessoas de mal caráter em uma recepção. Márcio e Luiz super mal educado além de ser mentirosos são ignorante.|| E não só foi grosso comigo e com minha esposa não , foram tbm com o casal que estavam no lado do nosso quarto 214. || Se forem a Bonito não recomendo ficarem por perto desses dois recepcionista mal...
