Pousada do Bezerra is a very simple B&B, in a wonderful location.The rooms have good size, a small fridge and an old tv. Bathroom is very simple but hot water is ok. It is the closest hotel to the entrance of Caparao Park. Price included lunch and soup and snacks at night. It is a big property with swimming and natural pools, sauna, games room, playground, barbecue place. In fact, the outdoor amenities compensate for the simplicity of the rooms, though they are not trendy as well. It is a good choice for families with children, especially because the other hotel nearby (Caparó Park Hotel) is a bit more fancy and definetely pricier. Read moreI've been to Pousada do Bezerra in August for a weekend and all I can say is that it was lovely. There was some sort of business reunion on that weekend and everyone was staying on the "chalés". This was actually pretty good because all the chalés are turned to the pool and the children and people making barbecue and drinking (including me) are quite noisy. So we luckily got to stay on the apartments who are turned to a wonderful landscape with a stone river, so the night and the morning were full of joyful nature sounds. Read moreWe spent only one night in January and didn't get to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Having said that, the customer service was excellent and the location is simply perfect. We stayed in a 4 person chalet type room overlooking the pools and a lovely mountain creek. The rooms are simple but all we needed was a place to spend the night. Breakfast was very good.
