Bertelli Chuí Hotel — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Pelotas

As i go often to punta del este ( uruguay) i usually stay in this hotel located in the border of brasil with uruguay. We don't have many options in this place and the hotel is simple but every year they are making improvements. Simple rooms and reasonable showers. Good breakfast with many otions. But i would like to enphasize how honest they are. I 've made a prepayment because it was a busy season but unfortunately i decided not to stay and even loose my payment. Check in was 1 pm and i arrived at 1:30 pm saying that i couldn't stay, can tou believe they gave me back my payment in cash without any bureaucracy????|Never seen this and the manager of hotel romimar in punta del este should learn how to please a gest.|Grade 10 to this hotel even been simple.|Try to have lunch or dinner in the hotel because the rest of restaurants in chuy are very simple and at least this one...

Stayed the weekend of August 20. I paid USD 102 for a double. It os probably worth about USD 60, but then again there is a lack of hotels in this border-town. Breakfast, included in the price, was way below average for those accustomed to breakfasts served in Bazilian hotels. The temperature in the eating room was about 50F (10C). it is mid winter in Chuy in August and there was No heating at the breakfast room. Rooms are simple, fridge, reasonable. Glaring-white low consumption la,ps were used everywhere. The hotel did have an indoor pool which while advertised as "thermal" was merely lukewarm. There's nowhere else to go (the other option Hosteria San Miguel is apparently in sad shape). So if you really have to stay the night in Chuy, Bertelli is your only option. Rooms have wi-fi,...

Vamos por partes. 4 estrellas primero porque se come bien, hay buen espacio en las habitaciones y en todas las salas en realidad, incluyendo las piscinas. El cuarto realmente estaba maravilloso, buen baño; higiénico y con los materiales necesarios para llevarla una semanita o menos, las camas cómodas y con buen tapado si hace frío, si hace calor hay un muy cómodo aire acondicionado y una heladerita con bebidas además de poder agregar alimentos o bebidas vos mismo, hay una buena vista desde la primer hasta la última habitación. Una cochera detro de todo cómoda con techo. La ubicación, media escondida pero igualmente se puede llegar bien desde el centro. Las piscinas, la climatizada es para ir con 3 personas máximo las últimas horas, sino, hay niños chicos gritando y pierde el punto, en la otra piscina, la fría, hay un muy buen espacio para tirarse o estar tranquilo en el jardín afuera mientras un amigo o alguien se tira, las reposeras cómodas y muy buenas para dormir una siesta con lentes de sol. La comida realmente me cerró la boca; el agua bien fresca, el desayuno (yo que fuí bien temprano) completo y que te deja completo para seguir el día sin necesidad de comprar algo por ahí y gastar más de tu presupuesto. Puntos en contra; los ascensores: un poco incómodos, se cierran muy rápidos y aunque entre 8 personas máximo, 4 personas grandes ya quedan apretados Las escaleras: además del poco uso el espacio es chico y son medio resbalosas.
