Each room is very spacious, comfortable and very clean! Everything is in great working condition. Fred and Han have provided everything you would need - extra blankets & towels, plenty of coffee & sugar for the mornings, cooking utensils & dishes, and bottles of cold, fresh spring mountain water chilling in the refrigerator! (If you're North American, they don't provide toiletries).

The views from every open window are stunning! There's also patio chair and a hammock outside where you can relax, day or night. There's also a picnic table and grill outside of each unit for your use. One night we enjoyed a BBQ and great conversation together with Han and Fred. They are calm and gracious people!

Even though these chalets are in a remote location there's plenty to do within a 10 - 30 minute drive - waterfalls for swimming, hiking, the amazingly delicious Panorama restaurant (their recommendation) or you can drive to Capitolío for the lakes, boats and water sports.

What a beautiful getaway. So peaceful to spend time surrounded by the valley and the natural beauty of the nearby waterfalls. Han and Fred were such generous hosts, sharing their knowledge of the area and everything they are growing and planting on the land. They connected us with many activities nearby, including a scenic boat tour, hikes, swims, waterfalls, and local food and restaurants. The chalet had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for 2 - spacious bedroom and living area, a kitchen with tools to make coffee and our own meals, refreshing indoor and outdoor shower, and a relaxing hammock to enjoy the stunning views. We will miss this...

A estadia no chalé não poderia ter sido mais impecável! O Frederico e a esposa fizeram eu e meu marido nos sentirmos na casa de amigos. Foram os melhores anfitriões que já nos deparamos na vida. Sobre o chalé ... é excelente para quem quer acordar no meio da natureza, sentir o cheiro da manhã e experimentar o nascer do sol bem diante dos olhos. As instalações tem tudo do que se precisa ... um chuveiro quente, uma cozinha bem instalada, uma cama muito confortável, um deck perfeito para apreciar a natureza, uma rede e até mesmo uma área com churrasqueira e lareira. Sobre a TV, não vou poder comentar, porque o tempo no silêncio da natureza foi tão maravilhoso que não tivemos interesse em ligá-la. Sobre a estrada, temos um carro normal e não tivemos nenhum problema em chegar até o chalé ... e olha que estava chovendo no dia que chegamos e mesmo assim não tivemos nenhuma dificuldade. Preciso completar com a experiência da comida ... na propriedade o Frederico cultiva muitas coisas, entre elas, erva cidreira, cana, manjericão, orégano, pimenta, mostarda ... e deixa a vontade para utilizarmos (com sabedoria, é claro!) ... eu e meu marido pudemos fazer uma pizza com orégano, pimenta e manjericão frescos que ficou inesquecível.
