Monreale Resort Parque Aquático — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Poços de Caldas

I visited the resort with my two sons (11 and 7 yrs old) |We had an awesome time. The kids entertainment team was phenomenal! And the food, and the accommodations were top tier. My kids were given tons of attention and were sad to leave the resort. My oldest child learned to ride a bike without training wheels (too old and big for that!) thanks to the incredible kindness and patience of the one of the English speaking monitors that goes by the nickname “Pikachu”. He welcomed us in both English and Portuguese introducing himself in a very friendly manner, and quickly became like a buddy for my two sons inviting them to all the age appropriate activities in the resort schedule. I can’t thank the resort enough for this beautiful gesture. My son felt so proud of himself after learning to keep his balance and ride the bike. He even got a certificate ❤️and expressed he wanted to visit the resort again and always every time we were in Poços de Caldas. It is hard not to like this place and the staff. Excellent staff and infrastructure. Warm water in all pools is a must. Wonderful recreational activities for all ages. Good and varied cuisine. Easy to reach, with plenty of parking slots. Several outdoor activities like hiking, biking, minigolf, camping, soccer, volleyball, and beach tennis....
