Master Express Alberto Bins — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Porto Alegre

I stayed two nights in this hotel in April 2016. I was in Porto Alegre on business, so I was not looking for a vacation experience and, considering the price is modest, the hotel fit the bill for me. The room was simple, but clean, as was the bathroom, furnished with the average toiletry products, nothing special, but functional. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, but worked fine, and those were particularly hot days. They have their outlets clearly labeled as 110 or 220V, wi-fi is free and a bit slow, but works ok for the basic email checking that I needed, the front desk was helpful and polite, breakfast did not offer much variety but was plentiful and tasted good. I could not really ask for more than that from an "express" hotel. It is on a busy street that gets very empty after business hours - I was under the impression it was really the heart of downtown Porto Alegre. I did not need to walk around there though, so I cannot judge if the streets are safe - I arrived and left by taxi all the time. No-fancy hotel with very simple rooms. The breakfast (as almost all Brazilian hotels) are included in the price; however, nothing special. In general terms, the rooms look clean but old. The bathroom was also old but functional; hot water was available, and with good pressure. The window AC is very old and noisy. Péssima, confirmei no sábado 06/08 minha reserva pelo telefone às 8:30 com o funcionário da recepção o número do apto que estava certo 502,minha surpresa ao chegar e fazer o check in foi de me colocarem no Apt 202, primeiro andar de frente com uma barulheira de moradores de rua que ficam durante a tarde de domingo e a noite, até perigoso de sair do hotel para fazer um lanche ou jantar já que o hotel não oferece nenhum tipo de opção. Quarto sem cortina, fiz fotos, que segundo o funcionário da recepção foram retiradas e não vão colocar pelo motivo da COVID 😱coisa que nem se fala mais, ainda falou para deixar a persiana fechada pois havia luz funcionando.Sem lâmpada de cabeceira, queimada e só recolocadas na segunda, ou seja péssima manutenção. Informação mentirosa sobre o Apt que eu iria ocupar, 502,pois o recepcionista me informou que tinha sido interditado porque apresentou um vazamento, pois toquei a campainha a tardinha e estava ocupado . Sem contar que no meio da noite tentaram fortemente a maçaneta do nosso Apt tentando abrir. O café da manhã péssimo , na torneira de servir o leite, quando acionada para sair o leite , uma crosta preta, sujeira junto com o leite🤮.
