Pousada San Giovanni — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Porto Calvo-São Luís do Quitunde

We did not have the chance to enjoy any positiveness this Pousada might have to offer due to the fact that we decided to check out immediately after we arrived.||1- UNACCEPTABLE NOISE ( construction work in the pousada + highway AL 101 runs by the pool and garden )||2- UNTRUSTWORTHY OWNER||3- FOOD||Upon reservation we had specifically requested for a quite room which was confirmed by message with "OK"||Entering the room we heard a continuous loud noise from a wall that was being demolished.||It was early Friday afternoon, we asked the builders until what time they would work.||They answered until around 18:00 and trough the weekend.||Mr. Adriano , the owner denied that the builders were hired by him and offered us the possibility to leave the Pousada with 100% refund ( 50% via booking.com - 50% back on the credit card )||During lunch in the garden (the 2 salads could not be eaten because the strong soap taste of the shaved carrots and vegetables) there was loud noise of highway AL 101 that runs right in front of the Pousada||We decide to check out and upon doing the reimburse transaction asked him why not do the all amount at once, Adriano promised that the 50% would be done within 48 hrs via booking. We believed him in good faith and left.||From January 22th until Jan. 30th we have been trying to get in contact with Adriano. We sent 4 messages + 1 email all of which were ignored!||On the 30th of January we drove by the Pousada San Giovanni to get our money back.||The receptionist could not help us, Adriano and his wife Katiane refused to talk over the phone and after we left we received an unacceptable threatening message refusing to pay.||||TO GO TO THE BEACH YOU HAVE TO CROSS THE...

Em meu nome e de meu esposo, gostaria de manifestar nosso agradecimento pela acolhida tão carinhosa. Desde nossa chegada, fomos muito bem recebidos pela Maiara, que nos mostrou a Pousada. A pousada faz jus as fotos, não esconde nada e mostra tudo,... é um lugar aconchegante, iluminado, novinho e extremamente limpo. O quarto, é um verdadeiro charme, faz jus ao nome que recebeu - espaçoso, com a cama gostosa para descansar, lençóis de algodão...a varanda com uma vista de tirar o fôlego,... muito bom. Sem dizer que está a poucos passos da Praia maravilhosa de Salgados. A equipe - Começando pelos donos da Pousada, que são muito simpáticos, nos auxiliaram desde a reserva, até a nossa despedida, sempre muito atenciosos e preocupados com nosso conforto. Nota 10. O grupo de serviços - Todos, sem exceção, uns amores. Sempre sorridentes e solícitos, prontos para nos atender, deixando nossa estadia muito agradável. Maiara nos atendia na parte da manhã, juntamente com a Jane, e na parte da tarde eram Ariele e a Chef. Foram sempre muito agradáveis, sugeriram vários passeios legais. A Chef - A chef foi uma grata surpresa, pois nos proporcionou refeições gostosas, bem apresentadas, com um cardápio variado.... Só tenho a agradecer, foram 11 dias de férias de descanso, onde mirei o que vi na internet, e acertei o que a internet não é capaz de mostrar.... por tudo isso, recomento, vale a pena.
