I got a standard room last weekend. Despite of the EXCELENT STAFF the stay wasn't very pleasant.||Our room was in front of the bus station and there were lots of kinds of noises. Our bed was very very noisy and we even couldn't move ourselves. I really did not sleep!||The furniture was old with a very small TV. The parking lot was too small and some cars had to park outside that.||The breakfast was ok and also the cleaning.||The only good points were the location, the staff and the 2 old elevators.||I would stay there again just if I...

This hotel is very convenient for someone arriving on the bus to Santa Rosa.||You only need to walk up the stairs and down the street a little to find it.||It is somewhat dated but very clean with a good breakfast.||There were 2 single beds in my room. the pillows and extra blankets were in the closet.||Very friendly and helpful staff.||They will even go to restaurant and get an order for you and bring it to you.||if you want to experience a typical Brazilian hotel downtown in a smaller city this...

Hotel muito velho, inclusive devem ser os mesmos de quando inaugurou em 1977, móveis empoeirados, cobertores velhos. Fiquei hospedada duas noites, no primeiro dia estava me arrumando a camareira entrou do nada no quarto, informei que não havia necessidade de organizar o quarto pois iria retornar, quando voltei minha cama estava sem lençol somente com o cobertor que usei estendido na cama e minha toalha molhada que havia deixado no banheiro estendida estava sob a cama dobrada e úmida. TV não ligava e café com poucas opções, sem contar o mau humor da atendente do café, nem bom dia não respondeu e ao informar o número do quarto me respondeu de forma grosseria que quem iria tomar café ali se não era hospede... Toda semana fico no mínimo em um hotel diferente e com certeza essa foi a pior experiência...
