Hotel Palmeiras — Hotel in Região Geográfica Imediata de Santana do Livramento

We stayed here in December and January with two very different impressions. Both times, service was good, as the staff was very helpful. The place looks simple but clean and in a quiet neighborhood. In December they gave us a very big room with a terrace nice for having dinner (they provided us some alternatives for delivering food). The hotel was not full, so it was very quiet.||However in January, full of tourist making a lot of noise until midnight proved that: (1) the staff did not tell them to behave, and (2) the walls must be thin, as I could also hear the toilet in the next room flushing.||Besides, it is located far from the center of the city, and the parking lot is very small (you may need to move your car when someone else wants to leave). Soy Argentino, estuve una noche en este hotel el 17 de Febrero de 2025. Escribo esta reseña por que leí otra que me avergüenza. Probablemente de otro Argentino. Llegue sin reserva, luego de haber ido a uno de los hoteles del centro luego de consultar booking.com en donde no cumplieron con la tarifa publicitada y me trataron de forma muy descortés. En cambio en este pequeño hotel fui atendido muy cortésmente por un muchacho, creo que era Uruguayo, el cual me mostró la habitación y me ofreció un precio muy ventajoso. El hotel se notaba en proceso de remodelación o de reciente remodelación. La limpieza fue lo que más noté. Estacioné enfrente y en la mañana desayune productos de muy buena calidad. Me trataron muy bien, me sentí muy a gusto a pesar de estar de paso. Quedé sorprendido y la verdad que algo avergonzado de haber consultado precio previo a quedarme. Voy a volver seguramente.
