Sítio Araribá — Hotel in Região Imediata de Caraguatatuba-Ubatuba-São Sebastião

Pousada Sitio Arariba is a large 4-storey villa lonely located in a large park in the Atlantic forest. There are several streams and waterfalls with a small lake where you go to be cooled of. The water from the waterfall comes from the mountain 3-400 meters up where there are no residents. The water is clear and clean and you can drink it. There are small trails to walk on and you can always hear the water from the streams. Other activities include the large swimming pool where there is always clean and fresh water. There is also a tennis court. In the basement there are activities such as billiards, table tennis and table football. Connected to the main building there is a house where grill can be made as well as pizzas. In basement connected to the pool there is a bar. A la carte dishes can be served here or upstairs. ||Sitio Arariba has a great history behind. The villa was built by Fernando's father and built in Spanish style.In the villa there are several places to relax and there are many interesting books and magazines to read as well as tv, internet in the living room and in the rooms.||The hostess Eliana and Fernando are incredibly friendly and accommodating with nice service. They speak brazilian, english and french and have a great sence of humor.||I have visited the place 3 times and highly recommend this unique pousada in the Atlantic forest where I have never been disappointed.||Finn Salomon...

We had such an amazing stay! |We stayed a week in this unique mansion in the middle of the jungle.It's the perfect place to rest and reboost with energy. We were not lucky with the weather: not ideal with sightseeing but we were happy to have the perfect excuse to just relax, read, play (the House comes with many ambientes) walk in the many paths of the property and enjoy Eliana's and Fernando's company. Btw, Fernando makes the BEST caipirinhas EVER! And Eliana makes the BEST breakfasts: and as a bonus she gives you the récipes of her so moist cakes: I LOVED the cakes! A fantastic hotel, the facilities were amazing and the hosts could not do enough for you. The breakfast and evening meals were great the host cooked whatever we requested. A great pool and games room with every thing you could think plus outside courts, comfy lounge and spacious bedrooms. The setting is great - wonderful views and large expansive grounds with pools, waterfalls and numerous trails. The hosts provided a lot of local information and went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable.
