Pousada Icaraí - Ilha Comprida — Hotel in Região Imediata de Registro

We were at the restaurant on a party of 5. It took more than one hours for our meals to arrive on our table and they only had three tables in the entire restaurant. When the meals finally arrived they only brought 4 leaving my sister without her meal for another hour. I called the manager and asked what he could do about it, he had the nerve to tell me he was going to take it outta the waiter’s paycheck. He said he was Not going to give us any discount because his “cameras” didn’t see anything. Whatever that was supposed to mean. Terrible service! They were not busy at all. Only 3 tables! It is simple, and clean. Right next to the beach. It was 43 degrees when we arrived. Fortunately the rooms do have A/C and ceiling fans. The rooms sleep four but there is not a lot of space, and the beds are ok, but comfortable is too generous. Breakfast is available for some rooms, not the ones which include a kitchen. Umbrellas and chairs for the beach are available for rental. Ample parking. Attached restaurant which looked nice with an interesting menu, possibly a little expensive, but we did not experience....

I stayed ai Pousada Icarai and it was marvelous, the breakfast was really good it made me fill like I was at home, the pool was very nice and clean, the bed was very confortable, and really close to the ocean, the staff was really friendly, and took there time to explain to me all the attractions, and my way around town. ||||I was surprised to see how fluent they where in English, not many people in the small town are fluent in other languages.
