The staff is friendly and very helpful, mediocre breakfast and very nice view. You can see the airport and watch airplanes land/takeoff 24h from your window depending on which room you’re in. That’s pretty much it for the positives. When we entered the room, right the way we saw a lot of stains on the ground. They kind of looked like blood to be honest. There was black mold all over the shower tiles. The shampoo bottle was completely empty and almost looked like nobody cared to refill anything. Shower floor was also dirty. Vents were completely caked in dust like it was never cleaned. The shower was abysmal, after about 2 minutes of shower the wall makes these loud bang noises and scalding water comes down on you, then cold water, then scalding water again and it keeps going in the rhythm of the banging. They also sell food that follows international pricing, very expensive. Seen sick employees handling breakfast cutlery and plates, as in he was literally sneezing and cleaning his nose with the back of his hand. Not even the pool or gym make up for all the negatives. For this price I expected at least the basic. Two stars because of the friendly desk guy that...
Read moreIt was a business trip, pretty much the hotel was just for overnight sleep, shower and dinner.||I was at the highest floor, could see the airport. Noise level was okay, no problem at all.||Sleep quality: 7/10|Very old and noisy air conditioner. Bed sheets and pillows didn’t smell good nor bad.||Shower quality: 8/10|Good pressure but no water dispersion options, seemed broken.|Good soap, shampoo and conditioner ||Hotel room service - dinner: 7/10|Asked for a chicken parmigiana, for the price and supposedly hotel quality I was expecting something more elaborated. The food was good enough but you’ll won’t get a fancy dish. The potatoes were cold, edible tho.||Breakfast: 8/10|Plenty of options, good food, good coffee, fast staff. ||Location: might be good if you’re taking a plane at Congonhas, other than that it far from lots of places and located in a very crowded area.||Can’t say if the price is worth, definitely I’d pick something else next time if possible.||Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a bad place, can be better although!||Btw, very slow checkin but very...
Read moreNobile Suites Congonhas was amazing on our arrival in Brazil in April 2018. Though we couldn't speak much Portuguese and they less English, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. There was even music outside to entertain us as we slept.||The meals were good though the it was difficult for us to know what we were getting as the menu was in Portuguese. So we had to rely on Portuguese - English translation Apps but it was fun learning new language away from home. The shuttle back to the airport the following on our way to Brasilia was good. The hotel has regular free shuttle service to Congonhas Airport which one of the deciding factor in using this hotel.||I will certainly return to Nobile Suites Congonhas Hotel in the future to experience more Brazilian hospitality and continue to...
