I've stayed here for a couple of days since my company was hosting a sales meeting over there. And my stay was very troubled.||The problems started at the check in. It was expected we would only be able to get our rooms at 4 pm and our arrival was scheduled for noon. The problem was the hotel had no room to store our luggage and we had to leave it at the lobby including electronics. I was lucky to find a hook at the front desk for my ironed shirts but that was it.||When I finally got to my room the bathroom was smelling weird and we required to be cleaned again.||The AC is very loud and the smoke detector has two green leds indicating it's activated but they blink madly all night long on the middle of the room. Sleeping in this scenary was a challenge.||The fitness center in very poor and the available equipament is old and not professional. Do not expect to have available machines to mantain your fitness routine while you are there specially if you do weight lifting. No running or trekking space are available also and if you want to run you can do it on the parking lot and access lane.||But for me the worse parts were the bees. Read moreThis is a pretty nice hotel. I spent four days there. Admittedly, my room was a little smaller than other hotels I've stayed in, but it was clean pretty comfortable. I went for an English immersion event. The hotel had some nice facilities, but could do with a better selection of English songs in the karaoke book. I know it's a Brazilian hotel, but other hotels have had a better of songs. Unlike other hotels I've stayed in, the gym actually is in good working order and has a fair amount of equipment. The Staff were always polite and very quick to help. In regards to hosting events, it has a good supply of conference rooms, big and small. All in all, a...
