A pousada fica na serra de Sao Bento do Sapucai, ha alguns quilômetros do centro da cidade, com vista direta para a Pedra do Bau e para a Serra do Mantiqueira (lado mineiro e lado paulista). Os chalés sao muito confortaveis, contam com utensílios de cozinha, cama e banho, alem de lareira, TV e Wifi (a wifi oscila um pouco - vale saber caso voce precise trabalhar de la). Antonio e Maria sao excelentes anfitriões, muito educados e simpáticos. Nos deram dicas de locais para comer, agencias para passeios e nos contaram um pouco sobre a historia dos chales.

O café da manha foi o apice da hospedagem para nós: tudo muito farto, servido diretamente no chale e preparado com muito carinho pela Maria, desde os paes, ate as geleias (sim, tudo artesanal!!), ate algumas frutas vem direto da horta deles. Perfeito!

Em nosso segundo dia de hospedagem, fariamos o passeio da pedra do bau muito cedo, e Maria garantiu em deixar nosso cafe da manha no chale na noite interior! Ficamos muito felizes com o cuidado e gentileza.

A localização é perfeita para quem pretende fazer as trilhas da Pedra do Bau, Bauzinho e Ana Chata. É possivel acessar o estacionamento chico bento (de onde geralmente se iniciam os passeios da pedra do bau e ana chata) caminhando da pousada. Alem disso, o acesso a estrada que liga Sao Bento a Campos do Jordão é facil, levando apenas 40 minutos desde a pousada (sem transito) - a estrada é linda, diga-se de passagem.

A pousada tambem conta com uma vendinha com produtos artesanais produzidos pela Maria e outros moradores da regiao, como toalhas bordadas, imãs de geladeira, e afins.

Aceitam pets e cada chale tem sua própria “area” onde eles podem...

We have been there a couple of times and the staff (Antonio and his wife) are always welcoming, friendly and efficient.||Furthermore, he made a bonfire to our group so we had great and warm night.||The restaurant is excellent (delicious home made breakfast and a supper soup buffets||We're looking forward to our next trip to São Bento do Sapucai, so we can stay there again...
