Reception it’s terrible don’t speak English you need to speak Russian or Bulgarian . WiFi very bad poorly you can connect internet I have to change my room to able to be connect online even of that didn’t work good at all.keep freezing lost signal. I have only spent 1 night in that hotel, during our package tour to Bulgaria. I cannot say too much about the surroundings - I was too tired to explore. The hotel is luxurious and not expensive. Restaurant very nice and with good service. Rooms elegant and clean. Regarding WiFi - I am not sure if Bulgarian hotel staff truly understand what a "WiFi" is supposed to be, because it happened to me several times (including in Sani) that when I came back to the reception, complaining that my laptop does not "see" any WiFi network, they handed me a cable and instructed to switch it to the socket (it was usually placed behind the TV). This hotel is way way too expensive for the area- it's double the price of any hotel in Assenovgrad,and the rooms are simply horrible- dirty and old,bed-mattress is extremely uncomfortable,pillows small and only one per person ,it's just impossible to have a good night sleep,AC works all day long and doesn't stop when it reaches the temperature so guess it does not ever reaches the cool temperature and the noise from the AC is a bit too much.
