My fiance and I decided to spend a couple of nights at the hotel for our 8th anniversary. We wanted to have some relaxing time at the spa, for which we confirmed with the hotel via email just after our booking due to Covid restrictions, etc. They confirmed the facilities were open and available to guests. Again at check in I asked whether the spa was open and the receptionist confirmed. So we spent some time at the pool and then went to the Spa only to find that out of the 6-7 facilities only 2 were working...not to mention that on their website they state they have a salt room, which was non-existent. When we went to ask the receptionist at the Spa why the facilities weren’t working we received extremely hostile and argumentative behaviour, which made us feel really intimidated. Totally unprofessional and extremely disappointing. We then asked to talk to the manager, who they said only worked 2 days on, 2 days off. Eventually some guy came and said he was the front desk manager. We explained what the situation was and he said he would talk to the manager and come back to us with a compensation suggestion. The next morning we went for breakfast and when we went back up to our room we found a couple of wine bottles left with a complimentary note. Wow, what a compensation for a wasted day...Overall, the price you pay do not even slightly match the service you would expect...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite hotel to stay in the area. Until I booked by calling into their Bulgarian number. I reserved a deluxe room- which on every website shows AC and balcony is included and the size is 322sq ft. I was given a room that was much smaller with no windows to open and absolutely no AC and the door look did not work. I requested to new room and was given 4 different options for a deluxe. How is it possible to advertise a specific type of room when that is not true at the property? It is an outright lie and deceiving method used by this hotel. Deluxe rooms can include - a smaller size with no AC, two different sized rooms with no AC, and finally a room with AC but a smaller size than the other three. Also, only two out of the 4 rooms I was give as an option for a deluxe room and price had a balcony. However, every single website advertises deluxe with balcony and AC. Most rooms don’t even include a fan.
Be careful how you book and where from. This hotel deceives its customers but for the amenities a room includes but the price is the same for all of rooms marked a specific type.
I would never come back since you are never going to get the room you paid for.

Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER IN A '4-STAR HOTEL' We stayed for a night in the hotel, it was supposed to be a relaxing spa day instead it turned out to be a disaster. To begin with some of the staff was pretty rude in their replies to us, something that should not happen in "4-star hotel", there were not enough tables for dining out for the guests of the hotel due to the guests arriving only for dinners or some kind of events which also happened the same day and when we were in the room with windows open you could hear the loud music, therefore couldn't relax. The room we were accommodated got flooded at around 22.30 ( Check photo), the water almost got on us just next to the bed. It got my phone wet as it was next to the bed... So late we had to switch rooms, our room service all of our food got cold until we switched room, the room we moved to didn't have an AC and upon check out all we received was one sorry and a bottle of wine, no compensation for anything, the management took our phone number as they were supposed to call us and give us some kind of compensation.....
